He does eat a lot of good low calorie dense foods which allows him to mantain his weight while consuming a decent amount of proteins. Macros don't really matter , calories do though.
He's mostly maintaing his physique. Also hes been working out for years now(5+ if i remember correctly) so he's kinda set. If you are just starting, counting macros will help you out and you'll achieve your results a lot faster.
Seeing a guy like u who is a gamer,doesnt count his calories,doesnt have a gf,trains 3 or 4 times a week and is such a beast makes me so relieved that i wont have to count my calories and that i wont have to always train

For fat loss I found it’s easier for me to have an approximation of how much I need to eat as opposed to knowing exactly how much I could eat (counting calories/macros). For me, counting and knowing your calories can ensure you’re eating as much as possible (within the deficit) but still end up feeling restricted. With an approximation of calories I can be more focused on the feeling of fullness rather than what other things I could eat.
I don't usually watch this kind of videos (I prefer watching other vids of you) but I'm glad I did, the fact that you aren't that strict with your diet (which is my main worry lol) makes me feel a lot better

So he doesn't count calories explicitly, but that's because he already knows what he needs, so effectively he does in a way. I say all this just because if you're getting started and think that you can not pay attention to your diet and be lazy, you're gonna have a bad time. Take it as opportunity to clean it up and FEEL better too.
Also since most people getting into working out tends to be on the fluffier side u can do cardio on ur rest days. Not hiit or anything that’ll impede recovery. Just walk for an hour or jump rope etc
