- This is the premier of the Echoue Bijoux Channel! Michelle takes her new GoPro for some shelling at Lido Key South Beach Park in Sarasota, FL then creates jewelry from some of her finds!
Echoue Bijoux is French for Washed Ashore Jewelry. Join Michelle as she collects then creates from the shells she finds - jewelry, home decor, lights, holiday decorations, you name it! You can email or DM through instagram for any purchase inquiries.
All shells are native and local to SW Florida, sustainable sources and ethically collected. Made in the USA right on the gulf coast of florida!

I love to watch you create the jewelry 💗
Thank you so much, and welcome to the channel! i have been making jewelry since i was a teenager - i love it :D
I thought I was the only one who sits in shell piles!
😁I AM A PILE PAWING QUEEN LOL! i love to plunk down on a good pile if there is one. i remember there was a fabulous one on Cayo Costa when I went i spent hours on it lol
Hi from 🇬🇧 UK, loved the sound of the water, magical shells and sea gifts! And your creativity, thanks ❤️x
thanks so much and welcome to the channel!
lots more to come with shells, live critters, and great beaches! and wow all the way from the UK, that's awesome!
Enjoyed watching you make the jewelry
thank you! i have been making jewelry since i was in high school -stay tuned for future vids where i will also be doing things like bead embroidery and copper electroforming :)
I absolutely loved this video!! Your jewelry is amazing. Can I ask what the cord is that you are using? I'm on my way to check out your Instagram right now!! I hope to see more of your videos in the near future!! 😍🥰
thank you! i only just got the camera for christmas and never made videos before so I am still learning but stay tuned because there's more videos on the way! the cord is a silicone tubing
@@echouebijoux I ordered some silicone tubing to try with my necklaces and when I opened it the smell was horrible. It can't possibly be what you use. Do you have a link where you order it from? I'd love to try it but this will never work lol I'm going to have to send it back.
What kind of tool do you use to cut the heart shape in the shell?
I use a dremel with a diamond cutting wheel :) i use diamond bits to drill holes too. side note: ALWAYS wear a mast and eye protection when doing this because shell dust will clog your lungs like coal dust, and because shells sometimes go flying in unexpected directions when working with power tools
:D
@@echouebijoux Yes always,Thank you for such a fast reply. I already have damaged lungs from Covid. So now I can’t work so I shell when possible. It’s a task walking in the sand. I know you know the tasks also. Thank you for all your inspirational videos💕
@@carmenshanks3930 if you are local - meaning my neck of florida - i would send you to Pass A Grille :) it's a short walk i promise. you will get the biggest bang for your buck there so to speak - or on egmont or shell key. you can find all sorts of stuff close to drop off points without a lot of walking any of those places too. Anclote is super accessible but a SHORT trip so I am torn , lol... i wanna recommend it for accessibility but as a sheller 30 minutes isn't enough shelling time hahaha!!!
Thank you for the info. You always have great tips and tricks:)
