Now we have Udupi in Kolkata which serves udupi style Dosas with masala inside and three chatneys. It is great. This video reminds me of that udupi restaurant in Kolkata.

This particular variety of chilly has been named after a town Byadgi which is in Haveri district of Karnataka due to its extensive cultivation in and around it. You mispronounced the variety name as "Byagdi chilly" instead of "Byadgi chilly"; rectify the same. Thank you.
