This was such a great class. I could really feel how I was doing the moves and the way they made me feel. I enjoyed this class a lot. I definitely felt more relaxed and calm. Thank you!!!!!! Also thank you to the women that wrote the letter. It really made me feel more intune with my body!
So fun! Except the part where my cat jumped on my back and wouldn't get off. Lol 😸
I absolutely needed this class. My mom was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago, and I came home between undergrad and graduate school to help take care of her. This week she ended up in the hospital, and my stress levels skyrocketed. Taking a break from everything and just closing my eyes changed everything. I opened my eyes refreshed. Thank you so much for this class.
When I chose my affirmation today it was about listening to my intuition and paying attention to my body. I opened up my youtube channel to choose a badyogi session and boom, here was this one. Thank you, I loved the feeling of my body in the different poses and could feel how one side felt different to the other for some of them. A wonderful session and great insight by you and the lady who inspired the flow.
Great class! It was such an interesting experience. I loved it. I did it after my HIIT wworkout and I felt every muscle tremble, every drop of sweat (TMI, sorry). I wil definitely do it again. Thank you Erin and a big thank you to a yogi, who requested this class!
I was nervous at the beginning but I ended up loving this class! It was actually so much easier to breathe with my poses and I actually relaxed so much because there was absolutely no distractions. It was amazing, thank you Erin for this "feeling" yoga flow!
I really liked this. I actually did it with my eye's covered using my sleeping eye thingy's (whatever they're called - lol). The inertia was whew!!! Thanks!
