Love the morning flow. Gets the energy moving... do you have an evening flow also? I try to do yoga three times a day... not always possible but it feels so good. And i have noticed when I don't do it for a day, my body feels off and not connected. Thank you for your wonderful sharing of knowledge... Namaste.

Hi Erin, I have been following you and participating in your yoga videos for a few years now. Due to issues with my health it is not good for me to do anything with inversions or poses that affect the pressure in my eyes. Would it be possible for you to do some segments that are easy going without inversions? Thank you, and your marriage proposal was wonderful to watch :-))
Delicious flow,just what I needed this morning. Just wish I could get my cardio on with yoga, I seem to need the cardio to get rid of menopausal 'brain fog' and fatigue x

+Amber San Heyo, i'm studying sports in austria and i can assure you, that yoga and a clean, healthy diet can lead to amazing, defined bodys. Just do more sweaty yoga, like power yoga or flows! This will help define the muscle and if you eat the right things and the right amount of them nothin will stop your body from being awesome :D
also, in contrast, how about a bedtime flow? i already love starting my day with this, so i was thinking it would be nice to have a Bad Yogi routine with some relaxing, unwinding stretches to end the day!! -Jenna, NY

Now, you've been doing this for a long time so it's probably not relevent to you but it would be nice if some soft music or something played in the background. When you get silent during some of the poses I actually need to stop and make sure the video is still rolling. Makes zenning out a little difficult. Still, so much love!
I've been going to a local studio - 7 classes in 6 days.. I needed a day off. but didn't want to lose the amazing feeling yoga has been giving me. This was the perfect rest day at home practice that I needed. Thank you Erin.

I woke up super early this morning after only 5 hours of sleep and could not fall back asleep no matter what I did. So I got up and did this practice. Boy what a difference! Feeling at ease and no longer frustrated at being unable to sleep, and I'm more energized. Love your videos! I'd love to see a yoga for stress relief video, if possible!!
The timing of this class was perfect! My entire week is packed and I have a lot of work for uni so I already feared for my beloved yoga-time! I had exactly 20 minutes left in my morning schedule so this really was perfect! Thanks, Erin!
