What yoga mat are you using erin? Any recommendations on what yoga mat is best? I tend to sweat a lot during practice that my hands slip during downdog. Hoping for your reply☺️
Faye Noval Try using a YogiToes towel on top of your mat. It has a sticky surface on one side that keeps it "stuck" to your mat during practice and helps prevent slipping when you start sweating. Also, I like my Manduka yoga mat.
