Exarch Othaar basically discovers an arcane spell and reduces its cost by two mana. As an added bonus, you also get the other options, also discounted by two mana. To better see how much this card does for the mana we can break it down to two 2-mana cards. 2 mana: discover an arcane spell and reduce its cost by (2) would be a really good card. 2 mana 3/3: add 2 random arcane spells and reduce their cost by (2) would be absolutely insane. Splitting it to two 2-mana cards adds a lot of flexibility and tempo, so the 4 mana card is not as good as the average of those two cards would be. Rogue can get Expanse down on turn 6? Has Rarran been huffing paint? Let's go with an average opponent: Drew 6 cards + 4 extra, played ~1.5 cards per turn (10 cards), and most of those were minions that died. Seems reasonable to me. That's about 30 ticks. Something like draw 25 extra cards (+31 from draw), play 30 of those and have some of them be minions that die (realistically, it would be 5-10 minions). Murmur is going to see no play unless an OTK combo emerges that needs him to function. The mana cheat looks impressive, but you have to pay a six mana tax for it and losing the stats of the minions you play is a pretty big deal. Roffle mentioned elemental shaman, and you can definitely get som huge damage off Murmur+Scarr+2x lamplighter on turn 9… but you could also just as easily have played Scarr on turn 7 and 2x lamplighter on turn 8.
It sucks that a lot of these, which are generally pretty interesting designs (love the spellburst location guy), are basically unplayable because the meta is so restricted by all the combo kills running around

AmongUs as a deck is so weird. Like with Dirdra and Glide, there are explosive turns. But I cannot say I that I want to shuffle eight 4 cost dorks into my deck that do nothing separately. So I have to have so much card draw that I can put at least 2 or 3 in play at once.

The deck having only 5 different minions and you draw at least ziliax or Pop'gar then when you play Loken you are garrantied to get 15/15 taunt. Maybe I remove pop'gar and play 2 Star vulperas.
I think the Ceaseless Expanse is actually uncastable lol. Like a normal Hearthstone game a total of what like 30-40 cards are drawn? Cool now you and your opponent have to play/destroy a total of 50-60 cards to make it 10 mana which i don't think realistically a typical standard game of hearthstone will ever go on long enough to make him castable
Uluu is sad cause it has like 2 or 4 amazing options, a bunch of good ones, a ton of 2 or 3 cost cards that fill its pool with weak effects, and the warlock/druid card that is awful for it.
Uluuu and Talgath is undervalued. After 4 Turns Uluuu already activates 8 Things. Thats a 6 Mana Yogg with potential more upside but less Boardvipes. That card is a B at least. Also, how does Kiljaden works with Brann? He gets Banned thats how.
Uluu's Choose One effects do not stack, it always has (after the turn you draw it) two effects, and you choose one of them to happen. The "gain two random Choose One choices" just means that the two choices it has changes each turn. And even if its Choose One effects did stack, it'd still be bad, since one of the possible choices is "Destroy one of your mana crystals", AND you can get it multiple times. So, no, there is no universe where the card is good.
Reason why Deathknight's Maladaar is bad> Its a 6 mana get 10 mana, on a condition you USUALLY cant fulfill by turn 6. You have to draw it by turn 6 and have the condition enabled to feel good Otherwise its a free stat stick, in a good world he refreshes 4 mana for 6 mana. Again, thats not good at its core. People say its "MANA CHEATING OMG" but really, its just get something out 2 turns earlier, because realistically, you cant really cast reno on 6, and if it does go that way, it will be a very rare highroll. This card is much worse on its worse days.
This card enables some crazy board swings. The difference between Reno on 10 versus Reno on 6 with a 5-5 is pretty crazy. Even if you are on 10 mana you could play something + this and then Reno and that's so much better than just playing flat reno.
Death knight as a so many low cost minions that are basically just "corpse" buttons. Body Bagger and Murmy come to mind immediately. By turn 3 you have 4 corpses easy. You can play plagued grain for another 4 off rip. We have 8 before turn 6 and that's not really even trying to optimize corpse gain. Then at that point we can play a 6 mana 5/5 AND an 8 mana minion effect on turn six. It seems pretty good no?
All those "aged poorly" compilations gave Big R PTSD, every sentence he says have "my personal opinion", "might see play", etc 😂

Do we have clarification of how Kil'Jaden works with Tony or the Jailer ? Or even with plagues ?
Tony : Your opponent gets the infinite portal.
Jailer: You keep the portal and jailer gains immune.
While you have your portal on, your deck is always 30 random demons. Shuffling new cards just get deleted, like bombs and plagues
@@Run2Seeun So Fanotem becomes unplayable ? Not 0 ?
Does Exarch allow Windfury minions to attack twice or once
Adaptive+Vellan=op
Talgath needs to be a battlecry and it needs to give you a free fan of knives and it needs to be a 3 mana 3/4 then MAYBE its okay
It's not, people have been reducing its cost to 0 quite easily already during theorycrafting.
Zombeasts are gonna go hard with Gorm
5:40 you cheat it out before turn 4 or 5 while only having cheap ish cards in your deck and lock your opponent out for 3 turns
Yo where the first commander game at?
Gonna be honest I'm getting old gods vibes. I might come back to play. I haven't since then.
Reason why Deathknight's Maladaar is bad>
Its a 6 mana get 10 mana, on a condition you USUALLY cant fulfill by turn 6.
You have to draw it by turn 6 and have the condition enabled to feel good
Otherwise its a free stat stick, in a good world he refreshes 4 mana for 6 mana.
Again, thats not good at its core. People say its "MANA CHEATING OMG" but really, its just
get something out 2 turns earlier, because realistically, you cant really cast reno on 6, and if it does go that way, it will be a very rare highroll.
This card is much worse on its worse days.
Wdym? Its easy to gain corpses
It seems pretty good no?
mining casualties and one dreadhound is already 7 corpses by turn 3 you are smoking that pack if you cant get to 8+ corpses by turn 5/6
Mining casualty is 4
Dreadhound is 3
You have a couple 1 drops that are 2
Buccaneer + dreadhound is 7 corpses
It's probably fine
Warrior has 16 mana. They get to play the 5 mana summons for free
Murmur in wild shudder shaman will be wild!
Elemental mage is already pretty strong
What is the specific cover/remix of Gusty Garden Galaxy at 6:39 ?
17:15.
Talgath exists to be generated as a random demon lol
The Libram cards seem too weak unfortunately, at the very least the 4/2 needs to cost 1 less
Music balance was WAAAAY too loud compared to Rarran's voice here.
Uluu sure does read like they stack
Libram Paladin my beloved
Play spells
Make big units
Best deck.
Is exodar going to be free?
Def gonna be wrong about the druid legendary.
Why would Ulus choose ones stack?
They dont stack. It is 2 random choose one effects every turn
