Excellent! I don't think think it particularly matters. I usually take mine after my last meal of the day which is also when I take my vitamins. That said, I used to take them in the morning with my shake. Haven't noticed any difference. I think what's more important is that you take them with some food in your stomach. I often fast in the morning, which is why I started taking them in the evening. Hope they suit you well, my friend! Bottoms up!

Get the Liquid Form of Fish Oil only and put it in the Fridge. Capsules can go bad really fast
