This was a great find! Loved this workout Brandon. The queueing was super helpful for correcting form when you're at home and don't have professional eyes on you. Thanks again!
Thank you so much amazing video and cueing! It’s very helpful. I have a question about diagonal line( video 30:40). What about spine? Spine is also neutral position and have a slightly gap between mat ? or spine is imprinting on the mat?Thank you 😊
Amazing class loved it Brendan. Great tactile cues! Question re breath pattern in Jackknife, when legs are over head, do we not inhale down to exhale lift up, inhale to prepare and exhale to roll the spine down. Second question in basic back extension prone, inhale to lift exhale to control it down? 🤔 I would appreciate if you could clarify, thank you. 🤗
Hello Joanna! Such great questions, thank you. Jackknife breath pattern is: From the diagonal line of the leg, inhale to straight up and down with the legs - exhale roll over - inhale down & up with the legs - exhale roll down. And you are correct with the breath pattern on basic back extension: Inhale to lift - exhale to return.
Thank you Brandon. I've been enjoying and learning from your classes. Thank you!
Amazing class👏🏻 love it! 💕
