"audio is pretty good at this price point" as the title of the video is "BEST GAMING IEM?!" Lol.
how he said "pretty good" doesn't sound promising too 😂😂
wouldnt trust this guys review lol
a decent mic is like 30-50 bucks and with some tinkering you can use the iem and a phone
idk why but seeing someone criticize someone with a L capitalized "Lol." WITH a period in the end makes my blood boil.... im not even disagreed with what you said its just that "Lol."
fucc
My dumb ahh thought they were hearing aids
At my age, I could use some😂
I bought my first iems and my dad called the hearing aids as I was u boxing them XD
@@prat118 💀🙏
@@BaxTechYT lol
BROTHER LOL
Pretty sure punchier or bassier audio is actually the reason why it's a gaming IEM. Especially in FPS games gun shots or footsteps will be more audible with punchier sound.
Bass will drown out things like footsteps but it’s really all preference.
@@whiplash3217aren't footsteps low-end?
@@whiplash3217 footsteps are midbass
@@whiplash3217 Footsteps fall into bass range. It doesn't matter at the end of the day. EQ exists. If you don't like punchy bass. You can literally target any frequency you want.
You can buy any iem not just that. I recommend the truthear zero (blue or red) (55us$) paired with Kinera Celest Ruyi cable (29us$) with boom mic.
Or hexa
I use zero and hexa for gaming i prefer hexa cause it has multiple driver so every sound is separated
@@karui499That’s not how multiple drivers work lol.
@@karui499 The Zero has dual drivers, wdym?
It has a sub woofer with a 160hz crossover
What about tangzu heyday edition (planar)?
Your a lifesaver, I've been looking for a decent mic ever since I discovered that my truthear zero blue's were way better on Apex Legends than the Pc38x I was using.
Raptgo Hook X HBB end game. Planar+Bone Conductor Piezoelectric. Open Back. Best of all worlds. unique design, comfort and near perfect imaging
did not see that coming, which is 'you are listing this from the mic'...👍
Technically, we didn't *hear* it coming
in my opinion a dedicated audio device for gaming should have a much better soundstage and separation than just adding more and more bass all the way.
Better off buying the mic cable alone and sticking an em6l, ew200, g10, truthear zero/hexa, etc on it.
Can you do that?
@@DevilDaRebel yeah they sell the kimura cable itself, as well as celest ruyi and kinera gramr. Just make sure you get the correct termination of 2 pin or mmcx. You could also go mmcx and use adapters for 2 pin or qdc.
@@Hijynx87 Ahh, i see, ty.
@@Hijynx87if I were to get the truthear zero’s, would i need mmcx or 2-pin?
For playing game I'm still using Tangzu wan'er with build in mic, best entry level iem i've ever use, and also Moondrop spacetravel tws for my daily use
I fell for the IEM hype and bought a $160 set last year after watching reviews for gaming. Definitely not for me or for gaming. Some may love it but for my headset that cost $150, to me it was much better for gaming. For me. I guess I'm just the odd one out lol
nah larger and more audio drivers do tend to handle audio quality better overall as a general rule of thumb, albeit thats not always the case but a 12in sub handles its frequencies better than an 8in sub in general for reference... i feel like iems have gotten popular for comfort for the most part im sure there are some great sounding ones but the market is so over saturated with em that i doubt most of them even sound all that great compared to most larger headsets, just my $0.02..... id wait for more audiophile companies to hop on the train just to get a more trust worthy product to test overall
What do you have?
@@BroBruhBruv I got the Kiwi Ears Quartet. I got them after watching a few reviews. Headset wise I have the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen2 Max.
@@TheRCBuildersPostit makes sense. Headphones will (most of the time) have a better soundstage and “openness” to them, giving you the feeling of audio coming from around your head than inside your head/ear. That is crucial for immersion and competitive advantage.
IEMs main strength is their portability, drivability, and their tuning - they are much easier to tune and you can achieve a more natural tuning that you can make finer tweaks and adjustments.
Also, I’m pretty sure the quartet is a very dark sounding IEM, with a lot of emphasis on bass and lower-midrange and treble is kinda recessed. You definitely want a bright tilt to your headphones for gaming for identifying footsteps and gunshots and their positioning. Considering that the Stealth 700 is V-shaped, it makes sense why you’d prefer that.
idk, i have HD490 pro as my main headphones and Xenn Tops as main IEM. i still keep reaching for xenns in fps games. before that i had kiwi orchestra lite that i sent back as i found them very meh.
i need that cable for my IEMs.
TRN Mars with it's vibrating driver and included boom mic accessory is now the best bang for the buck iem for gaming.
What games are you playing?
What are those earbuds called?
There are cheaper IEM boom mic alternatives like Celest Rui or Leyding which you can attach with much better sounding IEMs.
I recommend other Iem with Solid good budget and also very solid quality.
Cheaper range i recommend Linsoul 7hz Zero ($20)
okay budgets is Truthear Zero Red ($50)
and the quality expensive budget Moondrop Kato ( $189)
They are very solid with amazing sounds for music and gaming.
Actually almost all the Iem are good for gaming.
Letshuoer S12 > Moondrop Kato
@@krypt I actually agree.
Bro what is linsoul?
I feel like truthear zero is beaten out at this point, but thats more for my taste tbh. Kato is basically only relevant if youre in love with the aria and want a better sounding version. But i feel like personally I'd go for something like the Tangzu Wu Zetian Heyday or Yume Midnight or even a used blessing 2. Like i copped a used Blessing 2 on ebay for $209 the other day and something like that shreds a kato imho. Still tho solid sets, just the market evolves so quickly that even everything i shill is gonna be irrelevant in 2 weeks 🤷♂️
@@sochalant8056 tanzu is decent but heard theres issues with the cable so I won't really recommend it.
Other than the 7hz Zero, i could also recommend the QKZ x HBB, it has much more fun compared to Boring zero
I'm using the new Kinera Celest Wyvern Pro with a Mic and I can hear the footsteps of my enemy in Valorant, the IEM is also good since they're using the Harman Kardon target sound. 👌🏻
I'm gonna try their kimura mic cable with linsoul kiwi ears orchestra
How did they sound?
Yep, it’s better to buy the cable for $50 and putting a better iem on it. You could do truthear zero and kimura cable for $100 and get much better sound, imaging and separation than the antlion iems.
@@SJTXIII didn't get been using Audeze Maxwell buddy got the kiwi seemed like id hear more than him
@@Hijynx87 kimura cable is MMCX, the zero is 2pin, wont fit.
the Kinera Celest Ruyi cable however, that will fit the zeros.
@@10010Linus The Kimura has two versions, one with 2pin, one with MMCX
So am I just slow or is there no link to the product? If you’re gonna review the product at least post a clear link somewhere cause I’m interested in the product.
TRUST ME, THESE ARE GREAT IF YOU WANT TINNITUS IN 10 TO 15 YEARS, I've been playing and testing for years since the late 70's, it's all about the dbs.
Lower the volume? You’ll get ear damage from headphones as well if it’s loud for long sessions constantly.
@@DevilDaRebel yes this is the point I was trying to make.
Who says you need a mic. I have 70db preamp
Best iem with mic for pc for escape from tarkov? Im new to iems so help a brother out.
Are they comfortable with glasses?
I have 18 BA customs. So a total of 32 BA. They sound good, but you know what, planar customs with a single BA driver sound better. The headphones you present are available in China for $20. Otherwise, I recommend earphones with one beryllium dynamic driver and one BA. Amazing sound for games.
Just out of curiosity what model/brand do you have and what did you compare it to?
Can you use them on ps5 asking because I’m on pc but my friends are on ps5
damn the mic is better than my laptop mic
Does it work with series X and or PS5?
Yes.
Probably anything with a 3.5mm jack.
Never bought IEM before and I'm tired of headsets, can all IEMs attach a mic or is it only a few, and if so which are the best for around $100
Any iem with an detatchable cable can have a Mic, you just need to swap the default cable for one with a mic
does it have mic monitoring?!
just get the moonchu 2 there are so good despite being $25
I cannot trust an overwatch player srry
Can i just buy the wire and the mic?
Where to buy?😊
Can you use these with playstation and xbox?
Yes.
Nah wtf that’s a nice ass mic
im a noob in the iem space. If i buy the earbuds themselves what else do I need to use them for gaming on my pc?
Nothing ur all set
@@roland8404 I have them connected to my phone and I get like a grainy noise or white noise. like hissing or something. how could I fix that?
@@subliminalgoat any fixes or works fine on pc?
@@sfyner it works perfect on pc. but when I use a usbc adapter on my phone the grainy noise comes. maybe I need a dedicated dac/amp like the one from 7hz

Any budget gaming iem reccomendations? (Sub 75$? Preferably with mic) and would u suggest any iem in that range over ksc75 for gaming? Thank you so much man!
Hmm for true IEM’s, I’m not really sure of any that have a mic. You could go with a cheaper IEM then buy Antlions Kimura mic(it’s a mic they made specifically for IEM’s) and still be under $75! I would check out Crinacle channel for some killer budget IEM recommendations!
@@BaxTechYT thank you!
The cable has really good mic, I actually use it for attending work meetings daily👌🏾
@@BaxTechYT what’s your opinion on the hexa truthear iem
What kind of game do u play? Open world? I would recommend Moondrop Lan, Moondrop Jiu and Moondrop Aria. Their products mostly focus on technical performance over turning style. So all of their budget IEM has the best technical performance like sound stage, details...

$100?! And they're only "pretty good for the price"? Man gtfo here I can get a pair of HyperX Cloud Alphas and have change for that price.
specially when something like the Kinera wyvern pro will thrash them value wise
g333?
I got these but then I got the KIWI ORCHESTRA. The Kiwis are much better in my opinion.
I just got mine Saturday switching from a steel series 5.1 to the Orchestra lite and WOW am I impressed.
Can you use iem for audio but then use a mic like a yetti for communication on xbox
For a Benjamin, they better be.
Skip this and get an over the head open back like the PC38X for best bang for buck
Only if you have a head the size of a child. The PC38X have insanely high clamping force. You're better off getting the 560S with the mod mic or a K712 Pro with Mod MIc. Both have better soundstage and frequency response and don't squeeze your head into headaches.
@@Drewsterman777 You dont game much do you lol
@@iDTecKtAfter spending 1000 on headphones and 13 years gaming i prefer gaming iems
@@awhat4804 36 years of gaming and countless headphones, IEMs dont come close because of the limited tuning
Im here cause I keep getting head dents from headsets like that lol
Main jssue is that the earphones themselves are super bright, harsh, with super big bass and basically no midrange.
Ny 20$ IEM is better than what Antlion included with the Kimura, and it's a shame because the overall package would be interesting (even though a pair of Celest Wyvern Pro with boom mic gets sold for like 20$ and the Kimura Solo/Duo became impossible to suggest).
I just need the cable
You can buy it separately.
160€ for this is crazy....
I E M
! Buy link
is that overwatch
Apple wired EarPods 🗿
Where do I plug these earbuds in. The mother board or the front?
Doesn't matter.
if the cable is long enough, plug it in the motherboard
But it still depends about what audio from you motherboard you're using
what?
No lol
Exactly!, that's why i recommend getting audio interface if u have a cheaper mobo.
@@rherbmactually it is. Some mobo's aren't paired with good enough audio chips to meet your taste , so you might get new soundcard as well for better listening experience.
@@Ardi-sq1qo these days they are all shielded with a trace. It's visible with the naked eye. There might be an exception with sub 75$ super shit mbs but other than that on board dacs are excellent.
What the heck is a Iem? Is it just a fancy earphone?
In ear Monitor
Earphones or buds are wired to the buds
With IEM, you can separate the buds from the cable and are much better for sound quality
Minus point =
Do they work on Xbox?
They do! Just use the adapter and you’re good to go
Name of the product ?
Antlion Audio Kimura Solo
I’m just gonna add another comment recommending the Truthear x Crinical Zeros. They’re 50 bucks, and they’re the best pair of gaming headphones I’ve ever had. Dont bother with this corny IEM + Mic setup. Spend 100 bucks on a Blue Yeti mic, and 50 on the IEMs mentioned before and thank me later.
?
Mic is not good. Pics up your fans and typing like crazy!!!

When you are Noob, or paid
do i need a dac amp for this?
no. you can use this on any device without a dac or amp.
