Just loving your mix of Brazil lifer and PA/NJ home water fishing videos😁. I hope that you post one of your Texas trips on UA-cam. I may have two business trips with one in Ft Worth and the other in Austin. Planning some side lifer trips as well.
There will be plenty of Texas videos after the Brazil trip, John. I shot two of them today. Caught a very cool Lifer. Fishing a whole day tomorrow again. 😀
Hey Leo, I was just wondering out of curiosity if you need to purchase a fishing license or permit or something in Brasil? Or is it different from state to state down there or you don't need to buy anything at all and can just fish wherever and whenever you like? Thanks!!
Yes. There is a national fishing license that I purchase every year. The one that I get is for "Pesca Desembarcada," which means shore fishing. If you are fishing from a boat/vessel, then you need the "Pesca Embarcada" fishing license. Also, depending on where you are fishing in the country, you may need extra local permits.
@extremephillyfishing awesome. Thanks for responding Leo. I appreciate the knowledge. It's always interesting to know how other countries operate when it comes to fishing and regulate it as well!!
How do you tell if you have a bite with a 1" fish and low vis? Massive props. It's not easy to hook micros in clear water. I like to mini jig with tenkara. Size 20 wooly buggers, and even with a much more sensitive rod, and full visibility, it can be hard to detect bites from micros.
I use the three question marks when the species portrayed doesn't really have a common name on Fishbase.org. That's the website that I use as a template for my own database. But a lot of those species in the video have common Brazilian names.
For a minute I thought I can understand Portuguese but Felipe was speaking English 😂😂😂👍👍
It was a pleasure to be a part of this video!! Great fishing session! We still need to ID those fish though lol.
You know a collab with Filipe is going to be FIRE 🔥🔥🔥
ALRIGHT back to the micro game yesss

Yo Leo. Why don't you change the treble hooks to inline singles. I have changed all the treble hooks on my mini jerkbaits .
More chances of hooking Lifers, depending on the species.

EFP, the micro master! Cause fishing for large mouth bass gets boring fast!
"EPF" by the way. 🤣🤣🤣
@@General_Junkie sorry my rum got in the way. but you got it still.
@MarcMartino well that's an allowable and legitimate excuse so your mistake is easily forgiven!! 🤣🤣🤣
@@MarcMartino Easy on the rum bro, it can get you into trouble...
I was expecting (homo sapiens sapiens) to appear after you introduced felipe.
Ei, e aí, UA-cam🙌🏽❤️
👍
How many languages do you know?
Do the fish there in Brazil have names or just scientific names? Because I see you have the 3 green question marks where the name should be.

@@extremephillyfishing thanks for explaining bud.. hope you catch some nice fish this year
