This is the type of EPF videos that got me hooked a few years back, very glad that you came back to your roots.
After all these years still nailing that intro Leo, love it.
God like tier of charisma and entertainment ❤ you’re the man Leo!
HEEEYYYY WHAT’S UP YOUTUUUUUUUBE! Glad you’re back Leo!!
Micro stream fishing is one of the most fun things ever. I've caught dace and native brookies in one foot wide creeks before and it is one of my favorite things.
Same here. Caught like 6 diff es-species out of a tiny creek. Big fun!
Not that you plan to, but don’t give up on this Leo! Our hearts are warmed and excited when we hear from you. Love you Leo, Jesus Loves you all ✌️
Love the honesty of your videos. Camera broke, you keep going. Actual time it takes to catch a fish. It’s the Passion you put out that brings us back.
been watching since 2012 love how committed you are to finding all these species
Man it's been so long I forgot what the opening to your videos was like!! It's nice to hear it again!!
Man that intro never gets old. I even say it along with you🔥🔥🔥🔥
I think I do a good impression of you😂
That was the slowest save ever 😂😂 , love it brother 👍👍
The nostalgic feeling I get when I hear that intro is great. Small creek fishing at its finest. Thanks Leo.
The smallest fish I've gotten on a tanago was a half inch four spine stickleback. I was shocked I was able to hook it.
As somebody that has kept ALL 3 of those species in aquariums... those 'feral' convicts look WAY better than the rap black and white ones you see in stores.
That swordtail especially looks REALLY good as far as color and pattern.
Been watching this dude videos since I was a teenager.
Leo TREATMENT WORKED IM STILL HERE!❤😂 When in Flordia give a shout to ROBS AQUATICS!❤ He knows where all the micro species are in Florida!!!
I used to catch all sorts of non native fish when I lived in SoFla. Most of the time I used a 5 gallon bucket and just 'kachunk' it in the hydrilla weed and it would have mostly shrimp and gambusia. Every once in a while I'd get a juvenile non native cichlid and raise them my 120 gallon tank. One was a black acara that turned out to be a really cool fish. This looks like fun.
Green Swordtail is such a beautiful fish
Very happy to hear the intro again!
Hell yea!!! Leo is back and in my area catching lifers! Congrats Leo!
really glad you mention what fasciata meant, I've been researching our salty bass the paralabrax maculatofascitus and now I know that it just means the side of the fish has spotted lines lol. Spotted bay bass!
Thank you for posting all the equipment you use in the descriptions much appreciated 🙏
My boy is back and ready to kick ass and chew bubblegum. But he is all out of gum. Banger bro loved the video.
Awesome Leo! I always come here to learn the scientific facts of fish!
He's back in Florida 😮
God like tier of charisma and entertainment ❤ you’re the man Leo!
Bro I like your video you don’t only fish but teach the history and type of fish you catch pretty awesome keep up the good work GOD BLESS.
the king is back 🔥🔥🔥
It’s been 84yrs but it was worth the wait, welcome back Leo!
For Leo it's only been 15 minutes 😮
Heeeeesssss baaackkkk! With the legendary intro to! Great video with lots of lifers. Truly shows how much biodiversity can be in bodies of water as small as you fished in this video.
Ayyy leo!!!
Welcome back!!! Missed those intros!
Great way to get 2024 started! Bum ankle and all. Cant wait for the next one. 👍🏻
glad to see you back
Haha , I loved each sec of the video! And your energy too ! Now you can fish in a aquarium 😅😅🎉
Leo glad to see you fishing on the channel. I knew where you were when I saw the thumbnail. I was there back in Oct chasing those same lifers 😊. Those were the first three lifers that I caught on the trip. I caught the platy and swordtail fishing from that same rock. I found bigger covicts in the pool below that first walking bridge. Ended up with 14 lifers in four days. 😊
Can't wait to see more great videos!
Starting off the year right! Congrats on the lifers
We missed you Leo! Lets hit up Chester county in the spring! I've got locations!
RETURN OF THE INTRO WOO
Great to see you fishing again, m'man. 🤜🤛
@extremephillyfishing I remember watching your videos back in 2018 and now I started my own! 🎣🤙🏽
Obrigado Leo, é uma alegria ter-te de volta! 💪💪
Oh hellllll ya Leo is back! Good to see man!
No chrowt, no problem!

Me screaming YEAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!
Awesome content Leo 🔥🔥🔥. Estamos contentos que ayas regresado con un nuevo vídeo 🤙🏼
WHATSSS UUUUPPPP YOUUUUUTUUUUUUBE!!!!!! Look out chickens, EPF is back!!!!
Fished here four times (I think) and still haven't been able to catch a green swordtail. I'm heading to Orlando twice within the next couple months and plan on making a stop here. Fingers crossed.
Always look forward to your videos
Leo you are the greatest of all time love you man!
Glad to see epf again! And the og intro!!!!
Great video Leo! Very educational and humorous 😊 It’s hard to watch other random fishermen catch micros when they have no clue what they’ve caught. You got me spoiled Leo!
Some of the bass guys are horrible. They can't identify anything that isn't a largemouth. 😂
We’re here still for sure man!! Looking forward to more vids keep at it.
Yes NCAA basketball and videos from Leo get me through the winter, love the micros you are really the only one that goes, in depth about each species.
Tight Lines Bro!
Nice work Leo. I didn’t know about the difference between “should” and “must” regarding the release of invasive species. Very helpful.
Breath of fresh air seeing you’re upload! I know when I see lifer in title it’s gonna be a BANGER
Welcome back Leo, I gave a like as soon as I saw the intro.
Dude love your vids... been watching for a couple years now... i legit go after micros like darters and rare indicator fish because of you man. so awesome you know the scientific names and natural localities. I think u gotta go to Lake Malawi, or Tanganika in Africa and catch a ton of cichlids. Imagine every cast will be a lifer!
Letsss goooo
Leo do an episode in cedar key Fl pier !!! It’s a free pier and giant fish …
cant wait to see what the year brings brotha
Good to see you back on the grind homie!!
Leo super hyped in the intro getting us fired up🔥
been a minute since i've watched a vid, but i'm glad I did!!! Great vid as always and cant wait to watch what you put out in 2024
Legend! Just reignited my micro fishing interest in 20min! Digging out my gear tomorrow, nice to see EPF back 👍
I missed you Leo!!
Been watching since the beginning. You have always been one of my favorite content creator's. Thank you for being you my guy.
Ive had both the variable platy and green swordtail in my aquarium in the past.
Ayeee my favorite UA-cam’r is back! Leooooooooo!!
This will very likely mean something to no one but me but the second that I saw that bridge I realized that Leo was fishing the creek where they shot the final fight scene in Miami Connection and I FREAKED OUT
Indeed - I shot this video at the Azalea Dickson Park. Even after all these years, the place still looks awesome.
Leo at his best, hunting the lifers!
Imagine you walk over a bridge in a park and you hear this weird sounds 😂
Love hearing that "what's up youtuuuuuuube"!!!!
Happy New Year, Leo! It's good to have you back!
Glad to see you back Leo
Man I missed your vids!!
Classic intro Leo! The best!🏆🎣
Nice work out there brother! Glad to see you back good sir! You were missed.
Bon dia, leo. we own the same shoes.
Yooooo! I need to get back down to Florida to boost my numbers up! Thanks for sharing.
Welcome back! Good to hear that intro again 🫡
Amazing video, love watching the pokedex videos.
Lets gooo, Leo back slayin the crick minners!
That red orange fish is a guppy
The Guppy _(Poecilia reticulata)_ can have some wild coloration and patterns as well; however, that one in the video was a Variable Platyfish _(Xiphophorus variatus)_ indeed.
Kind of looks like a pineapple sword tail
That's exactly what it is. 🍍 Swordtail is just another name for the Green Swordtail. They are one and the same. 😄
Beautiful fish leo! 🔥 🔥 no underwater release/photo tank?
Not for this trip! But in the future, heck yeah....!!!!
The fucking goat 🐐🐐🐐🐐🔥🔥🔥🔥
Fuck yeah leo love your content
👍👍👍
COMMENTS!!!!!!!!!
Did you get a new camera? This is super sharp. (Skunkmeonce)
I got a new PC last year. Upgraded the whole setup. With the new processor, I can handle shooting and editing in higher definition. Muahaha.
@@extremephillyfishingI just built myself a new gaming rig over Christmas also, to play pubg. Been eating into my fishing time…. Only so much time in the day.
Lifer spotted.
What is the genus and species of a Spotted Lifer? 😉
Lifernicus punctatus.
@extremephillyfishing u r a legend u should come to alabama and fish I know a few spots that r really good
@extremephillyfishing Hey! Thanks Leo! You're the Best. I hope you have a successful fishing year!
Bro I want to fish for trout but the places I go are dead, any recommendations for finding trout spots
I recommend you to go to your state's Fish + Wildlife websites and see where and when they stocked last. The rest is all about braving the cold and covering water.
@@extremephillyfishing thanks
Are you there for fresh water and/or salt water? Whatever??
This last trip to Orlando was a strictly freshwater trip, Carolinareaper. I will do a Florida Saltwater trip in the future.
Leooooooooooo
What do you mean by Lifer?
A Lifer is a species of fish that I have never caught before on Hook-and-line. Once I catch it ONCE, it becomes a part of my "Fishdex," a.k.a. my fish Lifelist.
@@extremephillyfishing Cool, Thanks for the reply.
