Replacing the Door Seal on a Zanussi Oven

- Hi, this video shows a door seal getting replaced on my Zanussi oven. The door seal has a clip on each corner that needs to be turned 90 degrees to remove and install. Other brands and model numbers will vary, for example some door seals are pushfit, some need to be lifted into place rather than twisted. So make sure you work out how to do your oven by gently testing each corner to how how it is installed. The model number for the oven in the video is ZOD580.
Many thanks, Vince - Навчання та стиль
Superb tutorial. I was going round the bend trying to fit it. Done it in one go after watching your video.
Thank you so much
how do you replace the seal if it is on a groove
Like the comment about seal hooks possibly requiring a twist in the right direction to work okay. Zannusi appear to employ flimsy seal systems as standard. In summary, you get a cheap oven with very few frills or gadgets compared to decades ago, but you pay a premium for the parts!
Im a new sub i really love ur vids bro keep up the good work bro.
I like the Vida when you mend consoles
Cool video...
good job
Another job ticked off of Mrs Vinces to do list! Next video - How to clean a Zanussi oven.
Maybe the little holes are to let the air out of the tube when the tube's compressed back into the groove and the oven's on, heating the air up?
hey Vince am trying to update a game on my Xbox one s but it won't move from one present what should I do
Where did you get the replacement part from?
Does it really matter not having one? What's it made from anyway? Doesn't plastic melt at high temperatures??
Hey Vince, can you make a new video, in which you try to build a real nintendo wii handheld? I've found a video where a guy reduced the size of the actual wii to only a third of it's original size. Some recommendations from me: Try to build a wii inside a nintendo switch replacement housing, buy a replacement screen from the nintendo switch and try to connect it to the nintendo wii, insert a 4000-5000mah flat powerbank and you are ready to go. Just connect a pair of joycons to the "Switch" housing and play mario kart double dash, zelda wind waker, and so on. Would be really cool.
I didn't get this in my sub box maybe you should make a "trying to fix UA-cam" video
for some reason this didn't show in my sub box and only showed when I went to your channel and clicked on your vids
Vince...please.. try to repair 60gb fat ps3...
BBVA’s??? X2
why didn't you try to fix the original seal first..a little crazy glue and swap it arounf the opening 180 degrees ;-)
Good idea. Now I didn't think to turn it round and have it down the bottom. It seems obvious now you said it!!! might be helpful to others reading it though :-)
All of Zanussi's spares are a rip off, Zanussi quoted £116 for a user interface board (to you and me, that is the timer/programmer), the whole oven was around £800 18 months ago
