Hello Henry sorry to hearing you had stroke, my mum had it too. so i wish the exercise will help you getting strong but same time you have to even more careful for doing these movements and very gentlely if some movements are too hard for you then just leave it for now so you still got the benifit :) take care yourself and wishing you the best.

It depends if its soreness from injury or just from training, if it is a injury definitely better to see your doctor or physio, sometimes soreness is a sign of your body reaching your limit so it's better to slow down your training to maintain your kung fu until when the sore feel better, then go back to normal training. Hope this helps.

It is best to check it out with your doctor just incase, without seeing you it is very difficult to say.
I have same problem let me know if you got any advice for that issue.
It would minerals or vitamins deficiency...eat well and practice regularly it will help
