    Just wow!! You are such an awesome teacher! I wish my Sifu would teach the way you do in my Kung Fu classes. I really needed to hear 7:15 and on. We do stretch kicks religiously in class, and I feel I don't improve each time we do them. I usually end up landing wrong or losing my balance. That's because I lack instruction. We don't get taught in class; we just "do". Now that I know about "control", my stretch kicks will be better! Thank you for being my "at home Sifu".

    Can you make app of Shaolin Kung fu tutorials because it will more easy to learn your tutorials through app ?

    I saw a documentary showing how to tell the age of a person from how longer they can stand balanced in one foot, seems that with this training that theory can be easily debunked 😄
