I Love this routine because of several reasons:
1) it's a FULL LENGTH video so I can just pop this on my TV and exercise simultaneously,
2) LOVE the little timer on the right and:
3) all the deets about what muscles you're working on
4) the music is nice and upbeat.
5) this is actually a workout video where you DON'T need to have weights or any equipment.
