Came out great! Can't wait to find the weathering video.

like the video, but curious about why you didn't make brake piping for the trucks? or sander brackets and sand lines? as these are very visible details that add to the model and are easy to do.
Apologies for the question, but what horn casting did you use for the replacement horn??
Hello Dan, I'm wondering if you could tell me what paint do you use for the Union Pacific harbor mist gray and the armor yellow? I am doing basically the same thing you are doing, but with a Kato SD40-2 in N scale. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
the tape that you use for the safety stripes why not use the complete yellow tape instead of the black and yellow tape is there a difference?
Another great tutorial. Thanks
Do you airbrush your models or do you just brush everything
You showed how you mark the holes on the conductors side. How do you mark the holes on the engineer's side sill when you do the reflective striping?
Never Mind i found the answer in another video of yours.
what do you use for your tagging? its really good
I use mainly acrylics, artist pencils, and paint pens. All of these produce different affects so I use them accordingly.
Keep up the good work Dan ! Your kit bashing is just like mine ! Do you also bulk up your fuel tanks ?
Hey Dan do you happened to have a how to video of a box car? I know you've posted videos of the finished product
It may not have happened yet
What happened to his thumb?
Maybe he cut it.............
With the exacto blade to cut with on the left thumb?
It's OK, he glued it back on
I sell you the real up D.o.t red and yellow Reflective tape I have lots of it .I am a retired railroad engineer and I ran lots of UP junk engines

i havent posted any videos yet tho
If you want a way better product look at mig Jimenezs products he has Email Mo weathering products in bottles that you can brush on he also has way better quality dry pigments than the one you're using And he has I think probably one of the best pigment fixers to lock your pigments in so they won't fall off and wash away .I never use dry pigments on Engine wheels you can have Issues with the quality of the engine running. Get you a good airbrush that will really make your models look the best
