She was just so unbelievable and so sweet and looked gorgeous in person and was amazed by my mom and me she thought my mom and I looked like sisters! She said "You look more like her younger sister." Love and miss her more than words can say xxx !!!

I think it was her personality in each character made her larger than life. I believe who she really is always shined through. My mother met her years ago in NYC. Until my mom's passing she always smiled when retelling this memory of the afternoon she met and hung out with Ms. Bea.
I think it was because she had a large frame and her clothes emphasized her weight and height.......also, of course, Betty and Estelle were petite in comparison.
