Well, that was like an almost miraculous synchronization. I saw the notification, when I was luckily as if set to engage in the practice. It always has a positive effect during, but also most importantly in the aftermath. Yet it's through diligence that one can notice tangible positive effects, changes.
The thing is though, that when due to objective necessity one cannot practice, what one can do in order to at least partially recreate or reconnect with that feeling that one gets from the practice - calm and focus. I've been trying to do it primarily with the breath.

Perfect reset after heavy duty morning of gardening in damp cool conditions. Absolute joy to lie down on a heated velvety blanket and follow your beautiful voice . My old bones and muscles are so grateful for the healing and my mind for the positive peace. 🙏 namaste

Today I loved it but it was too short for my total relaxation, so I allowed myself to continue the heart breath until I reached deep peace and then continued into a sitting humsa meditation. What a wonderful experience to meditate in already a state of bliss. Such a lovely discovery. To be repeated often I think! Many blessings for this❤

Feeling so recharged
I'm travelling and I caught a cold from a ventilator beating me at night as it's so hot. I'm a bit feverish. I guess I'm a bit weakened from all these flights and buses, too. It was a nice reset. At least I can now slow down and explore the city I arrived at at a more relaxed pace. Thank you! ❤
