Omg, this is so relatable. She told me I can go on a date tomorrow. I asked her that morning, what time are you available. She ignored me all day. I said at end of the day, okay I guess not today. She immediately responded like nothing happened. Sorry, not today😊 I said it takes a few sec to respond. She excused. I said I don't play games, don't act like a 16 year old or something. She went mad and told me she knows who to go for not responding on me asking if she was available on another day. Then I send her a memo saying I really wanted to date and excused for calling her childish.

This is the stage where narcissists are planning to leave you to focus on new supplies. The true face of narcissists is revealed when narcissists find new supplies. Questioning & thinking 🤔 did I just do something wrong… No not really….. but do you know what I saw this anger & hate in her face …. If you listen to AM, they screw up on us, then they are totally unable to realize their mistake, they are emotionally dysregulated, and get angry without any good reason, for they are angry not being able to use and control others. They cannot apologize like normal people, and think everyone is out to get them, even you. I think they 'know' you did nothing wrong, but they cannot show or admit they lost their mask or cool. They will find new supply where it will happen again, or you might try contacting them, but they won't want to admit or talk about what they 'did', for they can't admit they lost control (of themselves). THus in my case at an impass with him as to what to do. I want to reach out, but I am afraid like he is.

The first intermittent reinforcement test...they act really polite and charming on first meeting then very quickly the wont communicate or message back so you think theyve changed their mind or dislike you so you question yourself.I now have this behaviour etched into my memory and it wont happen again.I dont play games especially where im being set up to lose by a cheater who thrives on being a loser.Great video thankyou.

The silence was going to make me second guess myself but then, he came back suggesting he had been in an accident or something. Don't think I believe him, but he had to look strong, like he wasn't affected by my 'words'. He was testing me for sure. I had to show my own strength and I will continue, it is the only way with them.
It was something he should not have been expecting of me, I would not say I called him out so much as I just told him politely I cannot do for him. I went to her house and i setting in living room alone, a young man whom her daughter was friends with and now wife was in kitchen , she was spending time teaching him asian cooking, I was there for an hour, I say’s to me self, b.s. and queitly left out front door, Then she called and started crying. I explained, i really was not there anyway, I aint letting any one disrespect me that way. So i donot in our case think either of us was being narssist, and i say this for newbies to jounal and donot be to quick to aay narssist.

I’ve been in this situation for 27 Years… the worst case scenario was 10 months ago… she needed a new computer joined a law society… 1 month later… one of her friends mentioned that she had a secret admirer… that was it for me… the worst of the worst in her.. attitude was at the highest… so bad … I left for 3 months… that’s the only way to go to end this person …after some talks in wanting me to come on back… why did I leave she said…??? As if nothing happened..??? She tried to go through the whole process of making her look as if she’s been the one who suffered…? Turns out we had the biggest argument ever.. I had the upper hand… put in her place for good.. she’s still in her not so good position… cause of the fact that she’s been in a relationship with someone.. secrets that I’m not to know… I’ve known for some reason that she’s not telling the truth about it … one of her friends that she had confidential talks with.. now a enemy of hers… told me of some of her actions… I have yet to hear the truth about it.. she’s waiting for the right time to tell… thank you, sincerely, Mr. G 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Here's a wacky one, my ex fiance, her mother is a narcissist and has my ex and my kids live with her, that dynamic was hell and even broken up still is to an extent, I'm in a rlationship with her daughter but I had to be present and available for HER MUM all the time, live by her rules, if you make a mistake punishment was instant removal of being allowed in her home or car, well that made life totally untenable because it was like living on borrowed time constantly. The gaslighting, the weaponizing of anything I'd told her about myself/family, the nitpicking of what I do/wear/say or how/why it was said, constantly having to be on guard to it or get blind sided and boom I'm on my home. I'm also autistic and she hated that, she found my autism both tiresopme and disingenous unless she was telling me how my genes were defective which then meant it was totally a real thing and made me a shitlord because I "gave" my son autism.... I could rant on and moan, that wasn't my intent here, I just wanted to highlight a rarely talked about subject that I think is probably way more common than it seems. I call it Ms Havishamism, because my ex's Mum uses her daughter to be able to get new people to punish, all my ex's freinds have left her because of it, she has very few mates now and obviously she gor rid of me when I stopped giving her the enjoyment of suffering for her and now she's begun on my son, they kicked him out his home at 12 years old as punishment and sent him to my place and asked me to make it hell for him.... I made it the best 2 days of his life, he had a great time, I'm no one's lacky or torturer especially my own kids, horrible woman.
Silent treatment. What if it’s a no contact? I was in a relationship that was engagement. During that time I would leave, sometimes a day a week, a month. In most of those times I was told to leave, sometimes she would pack my things while I was gone and sometimes I’d just leave because It would go 0 to 100 in a couple seconds.

Years… the worst case scenario was 10 months ago… she needed a new computer joined a law society… 1 month later… one of her friends mentioned that she had a secret admirer… that was it for me… the worst of the worst in her.. attitude was at the highest… so bad … I left for 3 months… that’s the only way to go to end this person …after some talks in wanting me to come on back… why did I leave she said…??? As if nothing happened..??? She tried to go through the whole process of making her look as if she’s been the one who suffered…? Turns out we had the biggest argument ever.. I had the upper hand… put in her place for good.. she’s still in her not so good position… cause of the fact that she’s been in a relationship with someone.. secrets that I’m not to know… I’ve known for some reason that she’s not telling the truth about it … one of her friends that she had confidential talks with.. now a enemy of hers… told me of some of her actions…

Well, you know I'm married and you have not seen my picture, unless you somehow found it somewhere else, which I hope you didn't. But I still get no sense if I'm attractive? If I was your age would I be within the ball park, based on what you've read? There may never be an end to flying monkeys. But I am not going to go by that alone at this point. Here's a wacky one, my ex fiance, her mother is a narcissist and has my ex and my kids live with her, that dynamic was hell and even broken up still is to an extent, I'm in a rlationship with her daughter but I had to be present and available for HER MUM all the time, live by her rules, if you make a mistake punishment was instant removal of being allowed in her home or car, well that made life totally untenable because it was like living on borrowed time constantly. The gaslighting, the weaponizing of anything I'd told her about myself/family, the nitpicking of what I do/wear/say or how/why it was said, constantly having to be on guard to it or get blind sided and boom I'm on my home. I'm also autistic and she hated that, she found my autism both tiresopme and disingenous unless she was telling me how my genes were defective which then meant it was totally a real thing and made me a shitlord because I "gave" my son autism.... I could rant on and moan, that wasn't my intent here, I just wanted to highlight a rarely talked about subject that I think is probably way more common than it seems. I call it Ms Havishamism, because my ex's Mum uses her daughter to be able to get new people to punish, all my ex's freinds have left her because of it, she has very few mates now and obviously she gor rid of me when I stopped giving her the enjoyment of suffering for her and now she's begun on my son, they kicked him out his home at 12 years old as punishment and sent him to my place and asked me to make it hell for him.... I made it the best 2 days of his life, he had a great time, I'm no one's lacky or torturer especially my own kids, horrible woman.
I guess thats y they get angry at me😂😂😂 cause im like i guess they didn't like me. And move on.
Silent treatment. What if it’s a no contact? I was in a relationship that was engagement. During that time I would leave, sometimes a day a week, a month. In most of those times I was told to leave, sometimes she would pack my things while I was gone and sometimes I’d just leave because It would go 0 to 100 in a couple seconds.
Question... Is it normal to mirror the narcissists behaviour back to them? Or use their lines on them? Because I'm 100% guilty of doing this. Has anyone else done this?
