Купили мот Aprilia rs 125 2005 г.в. пока в нерабочем состоянии, будем восстанавливать . Не крутит стартер. Аккум нормальный - зарядил, реле проверил тоже, обрыва в проводке нет - тестером прозвонил. При нажатии на кнопку стартера реле щелкает стартер не крутит, подал +12V на прямую на стартер - не чего(( снимаю стартер , открутил шестигранником 2 болта , стартер чуть болтается но не выходит, что то держит. В мануале пишут что пластина не дает , ее надо снять. Компрессию померил , открутил свечу , поставил манометр покрутил на вкл.передачи за колесо - 3,5
Is suppose you are tearing down the whole engine down in order to rebuild it and replace seals and gaskets etc. so it's good as new.
Are you going to make a video where you explain how to assess the individual parts as well? Because that would be the ultimate RS 125 video on the internet, allowing everything from newbies and up to replicate all the steps and learn how to service and assess the state of wear of the whole engine (and other parts in other videos).
One way to do this if you want to add information retroactively to you existing videos, is to add subtitles.
That would be awesome.
(What camera and tripod are you using to film this, btw?)
where did you get that tool to remove the flywheel etc
and also the piece of metal to hold it in place?

Just take the clutch casing off first and before you take the primary dive and clutch basket off put a penny behind the primary drive and clutch basket teeth on the back it locks the flywheel, u do this to temove primary drive nut aswell👍
I cant seems to find this tool on Ebay. Have you got a link?
