James and Sarah back with another episode in our van build series. This time we’re tackling installing the final layer of our van flooring. We wanted something that was lightweight, durable, easy to clean, waterproof and looked great. Vinyl van flooring ticked all those boxes.
In this video we take you through how installed our campervan vinyl flooring and knock up some brand spanking new wheel arch boxes.

Love it..need my van, looking for it and I'm starting to watch installation videos..very good! Love your floor! Looks great..not sure why anyone would want to install those planks..I think a solid waterproof piece of vinyl flooring would be much easier and more effective

How do you rust proof a sprinter.... Sell it and buy a house LOL. Rust Prevention you'll never stop it the sprinter has to many design floors to stop em all.

Yep fair point 😂 This is definitely one of the most obvious flaws that’s well worth doing though. And will rust your van both inside and out if you don’t. Gotta at least try!
