Double Dirt Demo Day! Two amazingly versatile and beautifully designed pedals from Electronic Audio Experiments. The Model feT is a painstakingly accurate recreation of the classic Sunn Model T amplifier in pedal format. It can be a versatile preamp, a light overdrive, or full on amp like distortion. The Longsword is EAE's take on an opamp distortion. With a 3 band EQ, 3 different clipping options, and a pre gain boost, the options are grand! The low end is full and fat on both of these pedals, so bass players can enjoy the fruits of EAE's labors!
Bass used: Dingwall ABZ 6 string
Other effects used: Boss OC-2, Moog MF-101, and Eventide H9
Got myself the FeT and recently grabbed the Longsword after weighing up between that and the Dagger.
Absolutely love them. I’ve been struggling to find the tone I wanted for a while and now I think I’ve got it.

I just got my Model feT a few days ago and I absolutely love it. That was going to be my last gear purchase for a while, but after hearing the Longsword and given the fact that it’s on sale, here we go again.

Distortion and fuzz generally sound best into a compressed or clipping amp - in this case, the Model feT acting as the dirty amp.
I use my CAL Grizzly Bass in a similar manner. Any chance you could review it?

Have you gotten a hang of the Enzo enough to do a demo? I just went through that whole talkbass thread and it got me excited until the last few pages where the early buyers were underwhelmed

okay im looking at the mids knob and im seeing a fender style tone stack ?
also the brite channel low gain sounds really nice, just the right amount of ampyness on the upper mids and top end
well i must say it sounds damn good, i really liked it with the bass n treble rolled all the way down and mids all the way up, which i guess is pretty much flat right ?
i think my aftershock is looking kinda worried :(
