great recipes! I like that you still use meat, dairy, honey and eggs in your recipes.
In Vietnam, I gurantee that probably all busy people tend to make a big pot of caramelized fish or meat, or some comfort stew, store it in the fridge, and use for the whole week. :))

That steak wrap is something my dad would like. He LOVES steak and can't have it withough charred fried onions and he also adores blue cheese and eveything else on that wrap.

I think maybe if you rolled that bread horizontally it wouldn't crack. You might need a bigger container, but the portion sizes would be the same and it would be easier to eat. I know warming bread before wrapping makes it easier as well. I'd give it a 30 second blast in the microwave.

Fage is the best with cucumber salads like this. I always use it for raita as well which is an Indian yogurt and cucumber and mint sauce.

Love all the wraps, but I was totally eyeballing your Greek and steak ones (well rare steak aside...lol). I love tzatziki sauce and Greek food in general, so mmmmm!! The steak wrap has to be good since it has blue cheese in it. Blue cheese makes everything taste better, no? :) Where do you get your lavash bread?
Could you freeze them? I do my preps for a whole week
