Lunch Wraps
Turkey Club Wrap
1 whole wheat tortilla
2-3 leaves Romaine lettuce
4 slices turkey
½ avocado
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 slices bacon, cooked
1 tbsp ranch dressing
Sweet Potato Wrap
1 whole wheat tortilla
2-3 leaves Romaine lettuce
¼ cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup roasted sweet potato
½ red bell pepper, cut into strips
½ avocado
sliced red onion
Buffalo Chicken Wrap
1 whole wheat tortilla
2-3 leaves Romaine lettuce
½ cup cooked chicken, shredded
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 carrot, julienned
1 celery rib, julienned
¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled
Smoked Salmon Wrap
1 whole wheat tortilla
¼ cup cream cheese
1 tsp prepared horseradish
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
½ English cucumber, finely sliced
2-3 radishes, finely sliced
sliced red onion
Western Breakfast Wrap
1 whole wheat tortilla
2-3 leaves Romaine lettuce
4 slices ham
2 eggs, scrambled
½ bell pepper, chopped
sliced red onion

Love these. I make one with sliced turkey, Swiss, cranberry sauce and thinly sliced green apple. Don't overstuff the can just roll them up and go.

For the vegetarian wrap, I would have dressed it with a Thai peanut dressing or some sort of tahini/ lemon blend. Those go well with sweet potato and would have added more flavor!

We are both college students and always running to make it to work, school and class so we are always looking for quick simple meals that we can make to save time that won't lead us to end up eating junk food.
