    LOVE these informative/tip videos. Can you talk more about how it was actually transitioning from artificial sugars and a lot of IIFYM type low calorie meals to whole foods? I find it really hard - cravings for those low calorie SUPER volume meals is hard to overcome! Thanks

    Something I have found when I'm craving sugar and chocolate around that time, it's usually a sign I'm low in magnesium, it's what our bodies actually want, not chocolate..( chocolate contains magnesium) BUT, eating some is a must... I up my magnesium, and use flo 100% pure magnesium spray on my lower stomach.. Amazing difference!

    I see that you were eating to help with your pcos and hormones you should really read this book called in the flo by Lisa vitti. You will learn so much and how to balance your hormones and help with pcos ! It helped me with my hormones and with my period pain and cramping! I hope you like the book!!

    Really I like your VLOGS for eating Healthy. By the way You can buy HUMUS from any Med. Stores and It is very cheap. and also you can do the BABAGHANOUG at home very easy to do it at home.

    If I haven't been diagnosed with PCOS, do you think implementing these changes would be helpful to get my period back? Nobody has been able to give me a concrete answer on what's going on, but its been over a year now

      Hey Maya! I also struggled with my period and didn’t have it for 2 years or so. Inccoperating more healthy fats and upping my overall calorie intake really helped me with getting my period back. I also started to eat more intuitively and didn’t restrict myself. It’s so important to listen to your body

    Wow that breakfast toast looks soo delicious! Probably comes to like 500 calories so can’t do it with my weight loss goals but when I’m ready to maintain my weight I will absolutely be having that for breakfast ☺️

      stevia is definitely the best out of them all however it is still processed and the way that it’s processed can impact gut health! I just didn’t have the time to go into that detail!

      honestly, I think it has its benefits but I personally find it too much to think about/pay attention to! But I do think if it comes easy for you then why not try!❤️

    I lose my period since 3 years now..I don't know why 😭😭 I eat 3 meals with 2 snacks but stay not see any results

      Usually around 1/2-1 cup depending on how hungry I am 🥰

    Wow u have pcos? I just got on medicine for insulin resistance My dr couldn’t diagnose me with pcos but she said I have traits of it from my family Thx for this video
