My name is Maryana Dvorska! My channel is mostly vlogs that are based around health (both mental & physical), as well as fashion, and other random bits and pieces of my life! I post lots of full days of eating videos, easy & healthy recipes, mental health chats, & now my new pup. We both hope you stick around!
I’m so grateful everyday that you have a platform. you are such a real down to earth person, and everyone can see it just from watching you through a screen! Thank you so much for always giving us the best big sister advice
this means so much to me 🥺❤️
I love it when you chat in your videos, it's so interesting to hear about your experience with food, digestion and health
so so glad to hear that ❤️
Marry Christmas Maryana ♥ love your natural vibe so much. Have a great time on a holiday!
I love making curry dishes at home! The trick is adding the red curry paste. That’s what will help thicken the base, add more flavor, and it’s also what makes it that rich orangey color when mixed in with the coconut milk.
As a dietitian, you really inspired me. Was in a very dark place because of my bad digestion and bloating after having birth control due to my pcos. I'm suffering from parasites and ibs symptoms and you really encouraged me to go gluten and dairy free been like this for 1 month and bloating is 70% gone
omg 🥺 I’m so damn happy to hear this! These comments make my day thank you!
THIS !!! being plant based / gluten + dairy free reduced SO much of my bloating due to ibs
Now leave out meat and eggs and the breeding ground for parasites is gone.
im obsessed with you & the balanced healthy lifestyle you preach !!!
🥺❤️❤️❤️
Love this. I'm a solid 70% with intermittent fasting. It doesn't work 100% of the time for me or my lifestyle, and I had to come to terms with that being a-okay. 💕
I too follow intermittent fasting and eat usually between 3pm and 9pm, as does my mum. I've been doing it for six years and my mum probably for a decade. It just comes naturally to us and helps with my digestion and chronic illness. I haven't lost a pound and maintain an active lifestyle. Dinner is large with 1-1,5lbs fruit and seeds for dessert after dinner, probably around 1,300 or a bit more for dinner+dessert only, so definitely not starving.
Oregon loves you! There are so many places to hike out here, I can't imagine you regretting moving here.
Keep up the good content, sending love! ❤️
I really like your videos, you inspire me to eat and live healthier, love you so much.
Have a nice day💜✨
❤️❤️❤️
You’re the best and so balanced!!!
thank you for your support ❤️❤️❤️
My fiance and I had thought about the potential of moving to Portland, as well. Our main reason for backing away from that possibility, long term, is the more constant gloomy weather...We wouldn't mind trying it out for a few months sometime in the future! It's definitely a beautiful place.
Thanks for the great, balanced video!
yes!! The gloom is one of our biggest deterrents 🥲🥲🥲
@@MaryanaDvorska I was born there and now after 38 years I moved to bend Oregon it’s always sunny but it’s still Oregon! Super outdoorsy here, you should look it up!
@@lindseyhavniear4548 I like outdoorsy! I'm currently in San Diego!
Hey Maryana!! Love your videos and how you promote balance and how everybody is different and needs different things. I just want to clarify a really common misconception about PCOS: not all PCOS is insulin resistant, thats just one type of PCOS. There are actually around 5 types and not all will respond to dietary changes as you were describing! Source: Period Repair Manual by Lara Briden pages 151-161. Great book, highly recommend!! Sending you love ❤️
absolutely yes! there’s pill caused pcos, insulin resistant pcos, inflammatory pcos and I believe the last one is unknown cause pcos (which is so unhelpful 🥲) so yes I do think it’s really important to know which one you have but I also think it’s sometimes impossible as there’s no test for it. Intermittent fasting can also help with inflammatory pcos too!❤️❤️
I went to Trader Joe's the other day and I saw all the store products that you love! =) I tried the Uganda chocolate and it was different, lol! I'm used to dark chocolate that has 70% to 73% of cacao.
I personally haven’t worked myself up to being able to handle more than 75% cacao. I love chocolate but can’t tolerate dairy, so
I’m trying lol
Wow thats so cool! I live here in Portland and really enjoy it ☺️
oh Yey!! Good to know 🧡😍
I live in Clackamas, right outside of Portland.. it’s not a bad place to live but it gets very very gloomy, because it rains so much. Therefor it gets very depressing living here sometimes. & a bunch of homeless in the Portland area. So I’d recommend either Vancouver WA, lake Oswego or Clackamas. They’re all right out side of Portland, but way better areas
ohhh I’ll have to look into that!❤️
Hi!! Where did you get your sweater I love it?
Merry Christmas
Where are your pants from?! Specifically when you were making the oatmeal (which looks so yummy btw)
the whole outfit is from skylark boutique which is a local boutique on abbot Kinney here in la!
Lol I was coming to the comments to ask the same thing 😅😍
You should use Red Thai curry paste rather than curry powder. Plus lime juice, ginger or golangal, thai basil, full fat coconut milk, coconut sugar, finely crushed peanuts or peanut butter will thicken consistency & add flavor.
thank you!! ❤️❤️
i love watching your videos!
please make a fun q and a with your boyfriend :)
love you! your inspiring
I lived in Portland Oregon for 37 years, it rains most of the year and it’s gloomy just fyi. It is very artsy and probably less expensive than LA.
so so true!! The rain is what I’m mostly worried about 🥲
😍😍😍
I loovvee Raaka chocolate. The only other company like them is Taza which I would totally recommend since you love chocolate lol
girl I’m on my way to the store 😍😍
Just a question about what you said about warm meals:
Is raw veganism harmful for your guts then? ( or at least non-beneficial)
I don't know how someone can go to Portland in the current times and feel good. There are so many homeless people everywhere that I just felt sad while I was there. Everywhere I went I saw tents and barefoot, hungry people.
I guess coming from la makes everything feel good. In comparison it seemed to me that the homeless was way less there. But I also understand that la is currently not a very good climate in many ways so hope that helps explain my perspective
I love your whole outfit! The brown turtleneck and pants ! Where are they from?
a local boutique in Venice called skylark! 🥺❤️
@@MaryanaDvorska looked absolutely fantastic on you!
Maryanna I am really following your diet to loose weight. Please if you can keep up with this kind of Videos . As they are very helpful.
I was raised in Portland and recently moved away. It's just not what it once was. Coming from California, it will probably hit you hard with the 9 months of rain and grey clouds, which will make seeing the amount of homelessness and grappling with the volume of crime really difficult. Best of luck if you choose to move!
Love your dark hair and glowy skin. On a side note Portland Oregon is my worst nightmare 😂
omg please tell me more why!! But also thank you 🥺🧡
@@MaryanaDvorska it’s far to progressive and woke and protesters did so much rioting it’s just scary there. Now that I have a baby my views changed and I have to keep my baby safe and as normal as possible 😂
@@sdl5731 When she first said it I thought of all the unruly BLM and fascists protestors. I'm obviously black (lol) so I do believe black lives matter but I also like to live somewhere peaceful. (:
Where are the pants from that you have on while making the oatmeal?😍😍
Маришка, где ты bee pollen покупаешь? Unfortunately, TJ does not have that yet lol.
Whole Foods 🥲❤️❤️
@@MaryanaDvorska ah, thought so! Any particular u like better there? I've been on that kick years ago, but now seeing you getting on with it with your oatmeals and such, I'm feeling the itch to buy some.
nice
Hello 🌸
Please!!! make a video on cellulite. *another
will do!!❤️❤️
"It wasn't my favorite" "I had like 3 bowls" 😅
I was starving before dinner & as I said, it grew on me the more I ate it! 🥲🧡
haha relatable.
Iron will help with any cravings or lack of satiety!
It looks like you are bulking? The amount of carbs look big
Do you have veneers? Or is this your ouwn teeth?
Portland sucks. I can’t wait to move. Cold liberal city and state overall. But hey to each their own! Visiting is different from actually living when it comes to anywhere!
Intermittent fasting is so hard on your hormones/adrenals. Pls look into this more. Your body needs fuel within 30 min to an hour of waking up. Also nuts and seeds are so hard on the digestion and gut health, hormones etc
Pls don’t move to Portland OR if you are from a sunny state it will deteriorate your mental health
portland is not the same anymore unfortunately ),:
Intermittent fasting is the worst thing for your hormones and for women. I don't recommend it at all.
