    Hi Maryana! If you're iron deficient there's this thing called a lucky iron "fish" you can buy and put it in soups/stews while you cook and it'll release natural iron into your food without meat, and it's reusable! you can buy them from amazon, just make sure it's a certified supplier!

    Girl Ill be 29 in December and I love Friends too!! Ross is my favorite as well!! I graduate nursing school next month, and let me tell you.....I starting friends from the beginning and I'm going to binge watch every episode all the way through!! of coarse in between Christmas movies lol

      look up high fodmap foods, I realized a lot of these foods caused my issues but everybody is different :)

      I've had an extremely sensitive stomach ever since I was a kid, I was born with bad digestion, it's genetic :( Most foods make me bloated/hurt my stomach, but what I personally really noticed is that chemicals/preservatives added to foods create the worst problems for me. I try to eat as natural as possible, with the foods I choose to eat in their most natural state, so just whole foods. Potatoes, chicken, fish, fruits and veggies, nut butters with no additives, etc. I check the ingredients in everything I eat and look for the least amount of ingredients in my foods. It sounds annoying, but it becomes second nature in time, and it's absolutely worth it. I hope this helped :)

    You should try cooking your fish in the oven. It’s fast, easy cleanup and comes out so juicy. I line my pan with foil and a little avocado spray 😏

      I just love it so much, it tastes like brownie batter to me. Plus oatmeal is so good for you, it helps keep me full vs if I’d just have the chocolate on its own!

    if your iron levels are low and you are not enjoying eating meat just eat stuff like lentils, chickpeas, hemp seeds, any kind of beans pumpkin seeds, chia seeds... so many foods that are more iron dense than meat (and lack heme iron which is linked to cancer)
