    The egg is about the most perfect food God gave us. If you combine them (4 per day, pasture raised) with rare/medium rare beef (grass feed/grass finished) is not only tasty but extremely healthy (trash the potatoes and toast).

    Great info doc! I've been eating atound 8 whole eggs daily for around 3 years and everything is fine. Of course i workout daily and have a healthy diet except for sundays haha . Thanks for great info you brings us always

    I love eggs especially scrambled with ketchup a slice of cheese put it in a sandwich. Yum! I hope he makes a video on how to hydrate for people with swallowing issues.

      I would remove the ketchup in the first place if it's processed snd contains sugar in it. Then I'd remove the cheese

    I prefer not to cook eggs when I eat them. I crack a couple of eggs using a glass cup or bowl and drink the raw egg yolk and white from the shell.

    Anything natural from animals and any fruit or veg from mother Earth is exactly what the human body needs hands down. Crap on these ridiculous study's . Diet and EXERCISE IS KEY . Always has been and always will be .

    I drink 10 high quality egg yolks in a smoothie every morning (I throw away the egg white) it makes me feel great.

    Pasteurised Free Range Eggs are amazing. They contain a multitude of multivitamins, recommendation to eat 1-4 eggs daily.
    If you eat too many pasteurised eggs, can this harm you and what effects will it have on the body? Also, how many is too many?
    I have watched various videos made in both the USA and the UK. People in these videos consistently eat 30 -50 eggs daily, and they preach health benefits to this. How is this correct? Indeed, eating too many eggs would destroy your kidneys or give you gout.

      50 eggs a day? That is too much from any perspective. Health is about moderation and 50 eggs a day is no moderation for sure. Anything healthy in such large quantities can harm your health
