I own an Indian Chieftain 116, best bike I've ever owned, but at the end of the day the best bike in the world, is the bike you like!

Nice video. I used to own a '15 HD Ultra Limited. It was just too much bike for around town and I was really upset that I had to change the Water pump at 18,000 miles at the tune of $900.00. Recently, I traded for a '20 Indian Chieftain Limited. I know these are 2 completely different bikes, but I love the Indian hands down. It looks better and the ride is unsurpassed. I am also enjoying the Thunderstroke 116 motor. The riding position is better for me at 5'10" and 175 lbs.

As I've mentioned. I own a 2021 Indian Chieftain. Then I built it into an all OEM Roadmaster. I do miss the slightly lower weight of the DH Chieftain. But the convenience of extra storage won me over on the Chieftain compared to the Streetglide. And the added features of the Indian versus the Harley. ( Ride modes, remote locking bags. Etc ). Either way. I love my Indian.

Indian = better suspension, better brakes, better motor, adjustable windshield. Harley = better fit and finish. To get the HD on par with the Indian you will need and extra 8 to 10k and you still won't get the adjustable windshield. I'll get the Indian Challenger all day. Spend that 10k on a top of the line big bore 4 stroke thumper dirt bike with a timbersled kit for winter insanity.

I never have to turn my handle bars to gas up. I’ve so far have had good luck with Indian warranty no hassles. I ride a 2018 Roadmaster with now 29000 miles on it.

I love the Indian. Had my last Harley for 9 years 11 months. It was gorgeous, sounded great, ran great, rode great... but anything over 65/70 it mph it sprayed oil out of the air cleaner. I just got so sick and tired of ruining girl's pants and shoes... and having to constantly clean the oil off the bike.

Harley has an infinity of parts to be able to customize it and a better resale price. For me he is still the king.

Harley is clearly the King and may always be. However, competition is always good for the customer!

Some people just either 1) Don't know any better, 2) Just go along with everyone else, or 3) buy a Harley because they are scared to try anything else. And I type this as a Harley owner.

Not really, they are both Polaris products. Until 2024 the technology was so much further head on the Indian. HD has really tried to step it up this year but it seems there are tons of glitches and bugs on the new HD’s I’ve been seeing on several review videos. I really want a CVO RG but I ain’t paying all that money for a bike with bugs in their new infotainment system, kickstand safety switch malfunctions and so on. All that has really got me leaning toward an Indian.
