These 'vs' videos are just awesome. Insane shots, insane landscapes. It really shows me that riding a motorcycle will never be just about being the fastest, the loudest or whatever. It is about having fun in what you do and living the passion in riding. No matter if your bikes costs $30k or just $2k.
Forget about this being a motorcycle video, it's one of the best videos I've seen showing eclipse transitions. Day becomes night becomes day in minutes.
I hate to say this without sounding corny, but the two of you guys really have something and are exactly what motorcycling needs. Please keep making these videos, they are great start to finish.
Thanks for responding to my inquiry about my 2015 Suzuki Boulevard M109R and the motor oil change and oil filter request Surprisingly the owners' manual doesn't give a detailed explanation on how to do this procedure The oil itself is easy enough, but the oil filter is a bear to get out I've looked all over youtube and other places online to see how you get this sucker out, but obviously have had no good luck yet Well I'll just go straight to the dealership and ask one of the mechanics, although I went to one, and the guy had no clue I'll eventually find the answer I'll keep watching and maybe you guys can be persuaded to show this procedure anyway Have a good one
I'm not a cruiser guy (more into naked and cafe racer), but I honestly would have a hard time in returning one of these bikes to the rental. There's something special about riding a cruiser, I mean, Ari's face in that last shot says it all, a bit of nostalgia and longing when you think that you won't get to ride more of those bikes.
4:03 you guys... i can't express enough love for the fact that you went out of your way to film this. i fully appreciate you for that and hav sub'd because of it. thank you so much; the motorcycle community as a whole is so accepting
Just saw your video. Relived a road trip from Fort Worth to Casper for the Eclipse. Maybe we crossed paths. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase my Heritage Classic until Christmas. I would have loved to make that trip on a motorcycle. But, not the 9 hour, stop and go traffic jam, leaving an otherwise unpopulated state. I love it that your bike review was about the experience and not the bike. I think it shows others, get a bike, any damned bike that suits you, and enjoy the experience. My trip with my friend, made momories that will last a lifetime, even though it was in a stink'in car. A motorcycle, would have been icing on the cake.
Five years later but this made me think. Alone on a bike or with a friend in a car? It’s not an easy thing to answer when I think about it. Lucky for me I have a kid who loves riding pillion with me (for now). Hope he’ll learn to ride when he grows up, if nothing else to always have that friend on his or her bike.
Brilliant loved it. I just did LA .. Vegas... Denver... Salt Lake...San Fran... LA on a Roadmaster back in June and I agree what fun it was riding an American motorcycle riding through America.
I must say that I’ve allways been sceptic about these kinds of motorcycles, my attitude against them was like “just buy a car than”. But the more I ride on two wheels and the more I see people like these guys use them I’m kinda falling in love with them. They can be practical when there’s a bit more room and man they must be a cloud to ride on.
I'm really glad on two wheels is back and I spent most of this video thinking HD actually did a real good job of making a better looking bike than Indian, then I spent the end thinking about how much extra a Batwing fairing cost when it would be better to have the other for wind buffeting.
These remind me of the old Top Gear specials! Love what you're doing. I hate adverts on most UA-cam videos, but you guys are a rare exception where I'd happily watch a few if it meant you guys got bigger budgets!
This is how I found you guys, it was an awesome video, I've watched it more than once and so many more videos beside, who doesn't love MC Commute ! etc etc.
I skipped all the eclipse traffic by camping two nights in the wilderness in Sawtooth, ID. Got to see the eclipse all alone with nobody else in sight, which was pretty amazing, and didn't have to pay $500/night for a room at a Motel 6. Did the trip in my van rather than on one of my bikes though, but there were plenty of adventure riders camped out not far from where I was which was nice to see. Now I just have to decide if I want to swing my adventuring towards moto-camping, or if I should stick with vanping and haul a dual-sport in the back for day-trips...
my buddy and I rode our Indians from Central coast Cali to Corvallis oregon to see the eclipse. It was a magnificent experience. Feel bad for all the people we invited but didnt get to go
I wish I would've been in Mesquite when you guys washed the bikes. It would've been cool to chill and have a beer but I was in Oregon watching the eclipse myself 👍
Nice! I was living in Casper during the eclipse and it definitely was a madhouse! It's cool to think we were both in the same place at the same time! It's even more so, because now I live in OC! Haha.
I was about 70ft in the air on a turret roof in downtown Pittsburgh Pennsylvania when the eclipse happend that year. It definitely didnt get that dark but it felt like 7pm at noon for about 3 minutes
So I was about 50 miles south of you for the eclipse, was out in the middle of nowhere in the Laramie mountains, would've been a great place to ride an ADV bike to. Also kinda funny you mention prairie but the prairie in Wyoming pretty much ends at I-25, the western 2/3rds of the state is all mountains and desert.
Seeing these bikes side by side in person I personally like the style of the Indian. Was told with the electronic throttle the response has a delay. Didn't ride it, but was told it is something that's really noticeable. I'd still go with the Indian.
I’m from the future, boys, you better appreciate those gas you have there. Also I remember that solar eclipse and it was so weird and cool. The coolest part was the color of the sky before it happened. Unfortunately I wasn’t in the totality path but it was still pretty cool.
Ive had a few Harleys over the year's test rode both for 2019 Indian got my money. Not the fastest but the extra travel in the rear and the fact it comes standard with things Harley only offers on there CVO bikes with a large price increase did it for me. The 116 kit fixes the fast part. Still love the Harleys but keeping my Dark Horse
Normally not into these kind of bikes but HD and Indian are both on it right now with paint and finish. The Street Glide Special and Road King Special look fantastic, not to mention the M8 engine. But the Indian Springfield and Chieftain are still the new hotness with gorgeous Art Deco design. Plus Indian keeps adding new models. I really don’t know which I would buy! Either way too damn expensive.
The damn heat. But when you finally get some speed and can, as I call it "assume the Ducati post traffic jam position!" and get some glorious airflow. Oh yeah.
As ever, great show! Have you ever thought or crossing the Pond to ride the Wild Atlantic Way (west coast of Ireland) and ending up at either the North West 200 or Ulster GP road races? Awesome roads and heart stopping bike races - much better that the TT as it is racing and not time trials. Just make sure you bring waterproofs, just in case of the odd shower...
That street glides color is awesome, Harley’s 2018 touring lineup is awesome. The colors are just on point. I have a 2017 Road Glide special, the Road Glide is a way better bike than both of these.
These 'vs' videos are just awesome. Insane shots, insane landscapes. It really shows me that riding a motorcycle will never be just about being the fastest, the loudest or whatever. It is about having fun in what you do and living the passion in riding. No matter if your bikes costs $30k or just $2k.
So true.
I got my first bike, a suzuki gs500 -94 for 400€. Had a blast on that little thing and I was hooked
Forget about this being a motorcycle video, it's one of the best videos I've seen showing eclipse transitions. Day becomes night becomes day in minutes.
I like to re-watch this from time to time. Such a good episode.
By far the best motorcycle channel on youtube, thanks for doing these for us guys!
Check out Rezilla's channel, if you haven't yet. Awesome reviews in my humble opinion.
Ryan and FortNine are up there with these guys too.
This video really makes me want to go on a road trip across US of A. Some stunning landscapes.
Truth! It's a big and beautiful country.
Do it. You'll remember it fondly for the rest of your life.
Just don't do it on either of these nut roasters.. FL-AK-FL on an FJ09 in 2018, 12200 miles of bliss and without a hitch.
@@relate97 should have taken Highway 50.
@@relate97 Route 66 goes to Chicago from LA, though...
Welcome back missed the “on two wheels” segments
I hate to say this without sounding corny, but the two of you guys really have something and are exactly what motorcycling needs. Please keep making these videos, they are great start to finish.

"it's a lie !" :))) nice ride & eclipse, thanks for sharing !
I like how the opening is like the older top gear(the good one) with clarkson, may, hammond
I have to thank you for sharing the eclipse on top of showing off those awesome bikes!
Waking up to a new epi of On Two Wheels, today is already turning out to be a great day! Great video guys!
4:03 you guys... i can't express enough love for the fact that you went out of your way to film this. i fully appreciate you for that and hav sub'd because of it. thank you so much; the motorcycle community as a whole is so accepting
why are you so grateful for the shot of the Eclipse?
I love that Top Gear style "On this episode:" bit at the beginning! I'm ready for new Throttle Out season! (Hopefully there will be one!)
This is one of my favorite motorcycle videos, great cinematography.
You make another one.
Just saw your video. Relived a road trip from Fort Worth to Casper for the Eclipse. Maybe we crossed paths. Unfortunately, I didn't purchase my Heritage Classic until Christmas. I’ve got a Chieftain with Stage 2 kit. I highly recommend it.

the best duo..

Third time watching this video and still brings a smile to my face. Thanks guys :)
One of the best motorcycle videos I’ve ever seen. Great job fellas.
Woow.😢. These are so beautiful.
Both Eclipse and those bikes.
I was looking for the battle between Harley and Indian but the beautiful solar eclipse bonus footage makes this vid super awesome !!! 👍🏼👍🏼
Magnificent thank you guys for the work and the magic of your movies
This is how I found you guys, it was an awesome video, I've watched it more than once and so many more videos beside, who doesn't love MC Commute ! etc etc.
I'd love to see Ari and Zack go head to head on a race track and really push each other.
I skipped all the eclipse traffic by camping two nights in the wilderness in Sawtooth, ID. Got to see the eclipse all alone with nobody else in sight, which was pretty amazing, and didn't have to pay $500/night for a room at a Motel 6. Sounds awesome!
Sooooo Methinks I have found my favorite moto-channel. You guys rock! Thanks.
Its amazing how so many people buy cars and bikes for the attention which you guys touch on.
Watching this inspires me to go out and get on the road
I bet civilizations thousands of years ago that didn't track the path of the sun and moon freaked out super hard when an eclipse happened.
This is like top gear but with motorcycles. Love it. I hope you can make a show hour long
Another extremely fun to watch video. Top notch production values and you guys have a great chemistry. Bravo!
We were in the same place for that solar eclipse. That's pretty great. Great review.
It's like a marvel movie. The real info is in the post credits scene. "it's a lie!!"
The Dark Horse is SWEET!
This is one of the coolest bike reviews ever, had an awesome time watching it👍👍
The firebenders are poweless
Love those Indians! They just get better and better!
my buddy and I rode our Indians from Central coast Cali to Corvallis oregon to see the eclipse. It was a magnificent experience. Feel bad for all the people we invited but didnt get to go
Discover this channel on 2021. And love it
Another awesome video guys! Better than most feature movies so keep it up.
Gentlemen, well done! Loved this trip! Looking forward to your next adventure.
I'm late to the party, but Oregon was the best place to watch the eclipse from. : )
Entertaining! 👏👏👏
I wish I would've been in Mesquite when you guys washed the bikes. It would've been cool to chill and have a beer but I was in Oregon watching the eclipse myself 👍
I was fortunate enough to ride a fatboy for a whole day, Good Lord i did not understand why i was able to smell grilled chicken all day along....LOL
We need more On Two Wheels man!
Awesome video guys, keep up the great content!
As others have mentioned, easily the best bike channel on youtube :)
Glad you enjoy our vids!
That was Kamas Utah! There's some fun canyons and dirtbike trails there.
Nice! I was living in Casper during the eclipse and it definitely was a madhouse! It's cool to think we were both in the same place at the same time! It's even more so, because now I live in OC! Haha.

"..being polite in Canada..." LOL
I honestly enjoyed watching this
Rode both, Indian Chieftain FTW!
Great Bra-Mance vid. Not sure I learned much about the two wheeled implements though.
Guess that wasn't the point.
Glad to see a new episode!
These bikes never have appealed to me but this video really made them seem cool
It's a lifetime experience. Awesome video guys 🤘👍
Thanks for the honest opinion guys. I hope you guys can do a honest one on the BMW as well.
I have owned a 2017 Indian Chieftain and I own the 2018 FLHX. The M8 is waayyy better on the Hwy. And the HD won't leave you stranded.
The motorcycle world has always been harshly divided between American and Not American bikes, and I'm glad to see Ari and Zack don't choose sides.
tail whip on a dirt road with a big bagger HD at 8:14? respect, my friend.
You guys should list your gear in the description. Your gear looks nice, I'm sure we would all like to know.
Seeing these bikes side by side in person I personally like the style of the Indian. Was told with the electronic throttle the response has a delay. Didn't ride it, but was told it is something that's really noticeable. I'd still go with the Indian.
I love you guys. So funny and real down to Earth. Proper bikers 💕
Great shots guys.
thank you for the welders glass, I missed the eclipse last year, pleasant surprise amongst moto videos!!!
That's really cool experience for a road trip
Fantastic as always
I’m from the future, boys, you better appreciate those gas you have there. Also I remember that solar eclipse and it was so weird and cool. The coolest part was the color of the sky before it happened. Unfortunately I wasn’t in the totality path but it was still pretty cool.

Can't wait to get a bike and take a long trip this summer it's going to be awesome
As chance may have it 'sweatiest grundle in vegas' was the name of my 90s punk band in high school
Normally not into these kind of bikes but HD and Indian are both on it right now with paint and finish. The Street Glide Special and Road King Special look fantastic, not to mention the M8 engine. That Indian chieftain is lookin pretty sweet.
Beasts looks stunning
9.50 you forgot your helmets on the floor !!!!
Awesome! That looks fun! Great scenery, it would be cool to ride across our country on two wheels!
Great show guys, I really liked the gold wing vs BMW episode great stuff. Keep up the fun rides
They have to go on a journey through the Colorado mountains with two Coleman ct200u’s
Awesome job on the video. Thank you for the content. Keep it up! ;)
The damn heat. But when you finally get some speed and can, as I call it "assume the Ducati post traffic jam position!" and get some glorious airflow. Oh yeah.
Great channel & magazine! I appreciate the content of this channel and keep up the great work team.
Amazing video lads, loved it :)
"... say the pledge of allegiance or something"
*crying*
As ever, great show! Have you ever thought or crossing the Pond to ride the Wild Atlantic Way (west coast of Ireland) and ending up at either the North West 200 or Ulster GP road races? Awesome show gentleman 👍
excellent episode
That street glides color is awesome, Harley’s 2018 touring lineup is awesome. The colors are just on point. I have a 2017 Road Glide special, the Road Glide is a way better bike than both of these.
This video should have been longer! It's very good! :-)
awesome episode!!
Total eclipse...of the heart
Hey you two, Keep doing the good works-really appreciate it
