      ***** Okay, sexist much. You said most girls, that means there are girls who aren't like that. Besides, you don't know her, you never met her, what makes it right to assume she can't become a martial artist. Also, times are changing. Humankind doesn't need to fight tooth and nail to survive. As we are evolving, our bodies get weaker, both men and women. No one's going to be great at fighting based on what occurred so long ago. It's the choices you make and if and how you condition your body to take stress and pressure. Long ago, men were traditionally chosen as fighters and hunters because their body has more muscle to fat ratio, so it would be easier for them to become stronger. It had nothing to do with mental strength.

    Fitness pros should try ballet. People have so many misinterpretations of ballet, it is such a hard art form, and it takes a lot of physical and psychological strength. When athletes are injured they don't have to play a game, but when dancers are injured the show must go on. Please consider my idea.

      Having you mitt holder meet your punches gives you much needed feedback. Holding the mitts requires as much or more skill than throwing the punches. If your holder has no idea what they're doing and just takes the punches like a limp noodle then you can't tell if you're throwing good punches or not.

      If you don't meet the punch at all your hand flies back and wrenches your shoulder, which is bad.

    I can assure you that sparring and rolling is a great exercise if not one of the best. Back when I wrestled it was insane how much I was sweating. Boxing does the exact same to me. Martial arts and combat sports like boxing are beautiful, I highly recommend everyone try one of their choosing

    I've been doing kickboxing for about 6 years now and it is unlike any other workout i've done. It's so much more tiring, especially when you're sparing with someone because you have to constantly think about not only what you are doing, but what your opponent is going to do. I'm more exhausted after a 3 minute round than running for half an hour on the treadmill

    Boxing is probably the most intense sport you're using about every muscle in your body (including you brain) and constantly moving. It's really a lot to adjust to at first especially if you're not used exercising a lot. I do what they're doing in the video almost 7 days a week and it's taken me a while to get there but it was worth it

    • @manbearpig3998
      @manbearpig3998 7 років тому

    • @manbearpig3998
      @manbearpig3998 7 років тому

      +AmazingZelgius I was badly trying to say the 2 middle knuckles align with your arm and the outside ones on impact will bend the wrist on straight punches, do you like to turn your hand over on hooks/cross or side hand it.

    • @manbearpig3998
      @manbearpig3998 7 років тому
