Really happy for you guys! I worked out over last summer and lost 30 lbs (210-180) and 7% body fat (14-7) over 3 months through dieting and great workout advice from friends and I felt amazing. It isnt just about the looks like a lot of people saying. Wanting to feel the best you can is a HUGE part of exercising and dieting.

Depends what you eat. Instead of eating a ton of random food to gain weight, choose to eat certain foods everyday that will give you muscle (you have to work out too if you want muscle and not fat). ALSO healthy fat is important. You can't gain muscle weight without healthy fats (such as in avocados)
PS: you may be too young to gain weight immediately. Sometimes you have to wait until you're older to see results but don't wait. Set yourself up so you're hot when you get older

Just confirms bodies are built in the kitchen, not the gym. You workout once a day, and have rest days but you eat *ALL THE TIME* several meals a day, even on rest days, food has no rest days. thats why its so important

Once you get a six pack and look much better and defined overall, you feel so accomplished, I’m not kidding, if you have never worked out, try it out and once you pack on some muscle and are defined you will feel so good, it’s worth the hard work, trust me (P.S. I’m barely 17) and don’t do dirty bulking, it’s not healthy or good looking
True it definitely does make you feel better. But I would do it with low expectations because once you lower your body fat and expose your frame, a six pack won't make you look that much better if you don't have a V Taper genetically speaking.
i mostly ate bananas, salmon, eggs, broccoli and yogurt for 3 months straight while running just a mile everyday and i lost 40 pounds. it works. bananas and salmon..who knew
if your not much for exercising and don't need quick energy but just want to diet i would substitute bananas for tomatoes. thats pretty much the only other thing i ate (besides dark chocolate and rice) that helped me lose weight. i didn't eat it but i hear pears and watermelon can also be substitutes too!

The reason why Hollywood actors (AND Bollywood Actors! Have you seen Amir Khan tho bruh?) can get into shape for a role so effortlessly is because when they get fat (in between casting) they STILL have all the muscle underneath. Muscle uses up a lot of our caloric intake and fat is just a very rich form of stored energy (calories) that their bodies (muscles) use up very quickly. The lesson here is; if you've never done any weight training in the past, you won't suddenly look like Chris Prat in a month, its gunna take you 1-2 years to build the same amount of muscle. Explains why Travis has SUCH a drastic change because all he had to do was shed/cut some fat and he was back to being muscly.

Doing the correct type of workouts will always help boost your metabolism; changing your diet will always alter your weight- reduced caloric intake/cutting out sugars and binge eating. Utilizing both methods at the same time is the key to losing weight fast and safely. I’m not sure why people are so surprised when this works out! The diet doesn’t have to be salmon, eggs, and asparagus- just use lean meats/proteins, vitamin/nutrient rich greens, and healthy (minimal portion) of carbs. Just confirms bodies are built in the kitchen, not the gym. You workout once a day, and have rest days but you eat *ALL THE TIME* several meals a day, even on rest days, food has no rest days. thats why its so important

if your not much for exercising and don't need quick energy but just want to diet i would substitute bananas for tomatoes. thats pretty much the only other thing i ate (besides dark chocolate and rice) that helped me lose weight. i didn't eat it but i hear pears and watermelon can also be substitutes too!
I have a hypothyroid at the age of 14 and I keep gaining weight and can't lose it. I'm all for exercising but it isn't doing anything for me and whenever I eat things like broccoli, eggs, and salmon I also start to feel sick ( basically anything healthy). Can anyone please help me?

The reason why Hollywood actors (AND Bollywood Actors! Have you seen Amir Khan tho bruh?) can get into shape for a role so effortlessly is because when they get fat (in between casting) they STILL have all the muscle underneath. Muscle uses up a lot of our caloric intake and fat is just a very rich form of stored energy (calories) that their bodies (muscles) use up very quickly. The lesson here is; if you've never done any weight training in the past, you won't suddenly look like Chris Prat in a month, its gunna take you 1-2 years to build the same amount of muscle. Explains why Travis has SUCH a drastic change because all he had to do was shed/cut some fat and he was back to being muscly.

Doing the correct type of workouts will always help boost your metabolism; changing your diet will always alter your weight- reduced caloric intake/cutting out sugars and binge eating. Utilizing both methods at the same time is the key to losing weight fast and safely. I’m not sure why people are so surprised when this works out! The diet doesn’t have to be salmon, eggs, and asparagus- just use lean meats/proteins, vitamin/nutrient rich greens, and healthy (minimal portion) of carbs. Like they said in the video, the routine is vital! This video is great and it’s motivating me to get back in shape. Thank you!
