Doctor Breedlove is a great name for a guy working on this subject
Reference to this topic: University of Oxford press, Human Reproduction, William H James (UC London, department of genetics)Volume 19, issue 6, Page 1250 to 1256. And this study was done between 1980 to 1996 and this Scientific journal was written in 2004
It’s surprising how FEW scientists ARE actually scientific, so it’s refreshing to see something like this👍

The movies are "heteronormative" because most people are. It's not a conspiracy or a social construct.
Its mostly because of homophobia. The next thing would be the fact that most people are straight.

But gays still have long been under-represented in most aspects of public life, from TV and movies, to political office, to corporate CEOs, even relative to their percent of the population.
In my lifetime, when I was young, there was practically NO mention in media of gays, and the few mentions were extremely negative, usually trying to make a villain character look more "creepy". This is not ancient history.

Garrison Keillor wannabe drones on for 16 1/2 minutes, with no more than 2 minutes of relevant content. Whoever told this guy he was charming and/or funny did him a disservice. One of the worst, if not the worst, TED Talk ever!
if you are looking for funny videos go find another channel. TED is for people interested in education, not a comedy.

As a fmr research scientist, I can assure you that his description is not one of pseudoscience.
He tested the hypothesis by taking objective measurements and crunching the numbers.
Can't get more Scientific Method than that.
