Frank was living a lavish enough life. He had a beautiful woman, no conflict with other drug dealers, a lovely home and anything you could have wanted and he spent a long time in the game and knew alot about it. Tony of course thought he knew better but you started to see as he rose in power that he and Manny were way in over their heads and actually didnt know alot. More money came with more problems and Tony was still a little fish compared to Sosa who Frank warned him about aswell, the scene where Sosa and the politicians use Tony to do their dirty work is where he truly realised that Frank was maybe right about Sosa.

      Not quite.
Yes, the two names were the creators of the original film, but the movie itself wasn't about Al Capone.
When the original movie came out, Two of Capone's men approached Ben Hecht and demanded to know if the movie was about Capone. Hecht told them it wasn't. So they asked him "why is it called Scarface then?" And Hecht replied "So everyone will think it's about him. That's the racket we call show business!"
The gangsters left him alone after that.
