Yes to having to relearn how to use your body!? It's way too relatebable 😭 im currently working with my physio on not being constantly in the end range of my motion and it's so hard! And frustrating when you find out you dont even know how to sit straight? I kept hyperextending backwards when i thought i was sitting correctly apparently and ugh...
Poor Tom, he needs to have hot lemon and honey drinks which will help with his throat. Vicks on his chest will help clear his sinuses and that will also help his throat.
You should read the book "Turtles All The Way Down" by John Green. It's about a girl with OCD and John has OCD so it's pretty right and not "Hollywood"

Yes I love that book so much. I don't suffer from OCD but I know people who do and it was really interesting and useful to find out what OCD can be like and how debilitating it can be.

As someone with social anxiety, I can definitely relate to the fear/anxiety you get over going through the drive-thru or going inside. Both are terrifying to me and even though they have recently come out with those giant computer-like things where you can physically go into the store and order, but not have to go up to the register, I still get anxious. My eating disorder makes it worse because if I am buying fast food for someone or challenging myself with something, my anxiety kicks into high gear and I worry so much; I fear that the person taking my order is judging me for being fat and ordering too much, even if I just go to Wendy's for coffee (I don't know why, but I adore the coffee from Wendy's. It's better than Dunkin' or Starbucks, in my opinion). I also cannot order over the phone as phone calls make me nervous. Due to my dad's job, he has to order out a lot and he will often call in a very specific order for me due to my anorexia. I cannot make the call myself and cannot imagine ordering in person... maybe it sounds ridiculous, but my social/general anxiety is so bad. So I understand the anxiety you face around the drive-thru. However, I have seen you go through in other vlogs after this one and I am so proud of the progress you have made! Adore your videos and your positivity!
Also, random, but last week I purchased merchandise of yours to support you as well as treat myself to some cozy fall clothing, as it is thankfully fast approaching here in NY, and it is due to arrive Tuesday!! I cannot wait to wear it! 🖤
Tom is so sweet...."You'll hurt yourself", then rubs your hand. That's so sweet. He loves you so much. On the OCD thing there are many forms of OCD everyone does different things not everyone has a organizing OCD or cleaning OCD. Your OCD fears will get better the more you challenge them
You are a true warrior. I hate that there is such a mental stigma for mental disorders. I try and work on opening that up. Good luck and keep moving on.

I have a couple of questions. Am chronically ill and disabled so wondering how they do where you are. Do they give you disability payment with the things you have wrong? You seem to have a lot of equipment...do you have to guy it all. I have had to fight for my powerchair..been almost a year.
simply danLrene I don’t get any help from the government, some things are funded by the hospital like my TPN and pump etc but all my medications and most other things I have to pay for!

I have ADHD and i get really angry if i do not do my morning routine... i set my alarm clock 30 minuets earlier just so i can hit snooze for 30 minuets before i wake up and then i do my little routine but if i do not leave my place by a Certain time I get really angry and think my whole day is shit because i may have been a minute off the time I should of left. Note i am always early to work... always early. So i kind know what your going through... you have your wired set ways and if you do not do them in that order and or get it done at a certain time you think the whole world in coming down at you.

Embarrassed to say this but I'm old and fat your merch is not big enough because I like my shirts and hoodies to fit loosely and always get a 5x but I do like the merch. Cool zebra design!!
