It's super hard living with chronic illness when your partner doesn't have a compassionate bone in their body for those that are ill. I hope you're ok and not coming down with the flu. I love your drawings! The roses and the dandelion are my favorites. I did some drawing when I was in Jr. high & high school. I was learning how to draw with different shades of charcoal. I really enjoyed it.

Your hair is beautiful that way! You should wear it that way more often!!! Also, you have some of the best style I have seen when it comes to piecing together an OOTD!! Tom seemed pretty irritated when you were airing your tires. Was he just in a hurry to get home before it started raining maybe? That lightning on the way home was so awesome and I loved that you put in instant replays. My husband was laughing at your little yells and nervous laughter. It's a shame you stopped sketching as, in my opinion, you are ultra talented!!! Love those drawings, but my favorite is definitely the lion!! I'm glad you are wanting to get back into this hobby!!!

It was nuts here in Melbourne last night, loved it! My dog.. not so much, poor pupper :(
If lightning EVER EVER hits your car, don’t step out! Either touch the metal of your car to a metal pole (drive against it, (softly so you don’t hurt yourself ofcourse)) or something to get rid of the electricity, OR jump out. Never let your body make contact with the ground and your car at the same time. You will be electrocuted. A tip for all of us drivers here. Drive safe! And yes Amy, you are pretty safe in your car in thunder and lightning, except for what I just explained 😉

Not Satan electricity does not travel through rubber. So grounding by rubber is not a thing “lol”

I'm an artist, though I haven't done anything in ages. Anyway, I think your sketching is really good, Amy! You really should do it more often if you enjoy it.... Lightning scares me too, and super loud thunderstorms are frightening. We have similar weather to Australia, in South Africa. I don't remember ever seeing bad thunderstorms like that in England or Scotland though. I remember always thinking that Brits exaggerate the weather conditions, like it would just be a little windy, and then my bf at that time would say its gale force winds lol 😋
