I’ve always Been into Doing ab work. I love Pilates , but hitting that point where I have a little muffin area that I can see and it bothers me to no end. I have to enjoy the routine if I am gonna do it each day and some muffin top routines and great , but I don’t enjoy them and frankly if Its mat work, my neck hurts as much as my abs. lol. So I was searching and found this and I love it. I do it each day and I make it count. I can feel the work and that’s what I want. I actually look forward to this each day. Thanks so much.
