You are insane. I've transcribed moments but you've the whole thing. You are nuts! But I say this positively. You are brilliant! I'm blown away. I love watching both the original and now your play along also. You demystifiy some parts for me too. So thanks. Amazing stuff. It's incredible what you showcase here
It's one thing to learn to copy someone else but to come up with the part on your own is where the musicality comes in. Props though for having the chops and spending the time to learn it on your part.
I find this one particulary insane. Reason being is, that this was improvised, coming from the gut and heart of one of the greatest of all time and you just come out and do an exact replica. Never thought anyone would ever touch that and try out. You did. Big respect for that and thanks for showing - with putting in the work, it's all possible.
Que grande!!! Desde Colombia Muchas gracias por compartir toda esa virtud musical. Me hace sentir y entender aún más la música. Solo me queda expresar gratitud por tan excepcional trabajo. Gracias 🙏🏻
biiiiiiiiiiiiiig biiiiiiiiiiig respect!!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic playing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .... only one tiny small thing about the groove. Vinnie goes slightly slower with all his hits. So that is his groove. Try to copy this too. His phrasing is just not so "straight forward" ... but again, you did fantastic job! I love that video and thank you for that!

Maddddd respect for the discipline it took to sit down and learn this note for note 👏🏼
I’m fascinated by the fact that people spend significant amounts of time transcribing improvised music
Excellent. I like the way Vinnie just rolls up and starts playing in 7 like it's just another day at the office.
