I am 65 years old. I have been practicing yoga for 6 years now and just started to attempt Shirshasana. How long will it take for me to feel comfortable to complete the final head stand. I do not want to rush the process.

Sir, I am 66 years old. I have BP. Can I start shirsasana now. I am practicing some other asanas for last three years.
1)I perform 5 min head stand daily followed by 5 min shavasan
2) I perform kapalbhathi, nadishodhan, basthrika then bramhari pranayam
My doubt: which one should I do first???
Please tell me sequence
Like headstand then pranayama
Or
Pranayama then headstand

Sir Minimum time for Shirshasana is 3 min, is there a max/upper limit as well?

I regular do shirshasan for 5-7 min from last 1 year .Can I increase time up to 10-15 min

Sir me shirshasan 13 min tak ker leta hu easily kiya mujhe time increase kerna chiye or kerna chiye toh kitna time increase kare 30 min tak increase kerna safe ha ki nahi pls bataen?
Hi prashanth, can shoulder stand be practiced with high bp for 3 days in a week. Only for 30 second each time?

Yes but dont stay more then 10 breathing try multiple time
Minimum 3 minutes, I understand. But how many times should I do ? Is it only 1 time just 3 minutes ? I do 1.5 minutes per turn , & I do it 3 times . Am I wrong? What is correct?? May I do 3 times ( 1.5 minutes ×3 ) or do just 1 time ( 3 minutes ) Please tell me the correct thing. Reply please 🙏
