My eyes are getting red after performing this asaan..... Is this normal or should I stop doing this.. I started this asaan just for getting my hairfall issues kinda solved by promoting blood circulation.... Hope u will help me . I have some more issues regarding some other asaanas..... Thank u

@@aradhya9198 as soon as you do head stand. Baby pose should be done for a while beacuse your blood is rushing you feel like fainting. I hope this helps

After seeing this video I started doing head stand from scratch and today I can do it with no much support for quite a few minutes. Thank you Rujuta you are a turning point in my life...

, Everyone makes it easy. Before you start do planks for stomach and dolphin push ups for shoulder. Otherwise you are gonna hurt your neck. Initially you need one person to support you on the opposite side.

Few days back I fell down while doing this.From that day I am having fear if I fell down again and got my neck injured.Everyday I used to come here to practice headstand but my fear stops me from doing this.

Should not try headstand without strong shoulders. Plank workouts must be preparatory poses

You should feel no pain in the neck. If you are, then you're doing it wrong.
