Thirty Years of Sobriety: Reflections on My Journey of Staying Sober

Today is my re-birthday. It has been exactly thirty years since I quit drinking. In this video, I talk about my path from alcoholism to continued sobriety. No matter how good or bad life got, I never fell off of the wagon. That's 10,958 days of being sober one day at a time.

I’m not an alcoholic but we all have struggles. It was really nice to see those emotions of gratefulness and empathy, much preferred to a scripted life coach video. Some good reminders too though, so there’s that. :)
