Only on a Chrysler product can a nondestructable cooling fan break due to cheap plastic and gouge your radiator to crap! Oh well, If people keep buying them, Stellantis will keep making them that way.
Seriously it's an old car plastic deteriorates I have tons of parts that are defective on my Toyota I have a 35 year old Chrysler sitting in the driveway that's better than the Toyota.
Hey why did you just replace the T fitting . That way he does not have to wait for it to Crack on him? You are there now will than I would have asked him to replace it to save him some time and money..Oh and great work wish I could ride with you and learn from you the great work you do...

2007 Subaru Impreza Jdm swapped with 2010 2.5i will start and run but non responsive to pedal and rpm’s jump from 2000 - 3000. The problem comes and goes. Has new throttle body and mass air flow sensor. Had a code for broken return spring so that’s the reason for new throttle body. Worked fine for about 500 miles or so and now it’s back doing the same thing again. Any idea why it’s doing this? Thanks
Kinda how my 10 bolt went out, was just driving about 40mph, then PoP, whooooooosh, axle bearing grenaded, went down the axle tube and wiped out the carrier. Installed a new Strange S60 all is well. It's crazy how stuff happens.
Funny.... the ford 4.6 and 5.0 go on chases, and can idle for days and run fine....ive worked on cars for 20 years, abd chryslers have never been one of the best.....now theyre made by stellantis...and theyre junk
Listen to this! I had a cooling fan bust a hole in a single channel of my radiator. It happened when I was removing the long rod style zip ties (plastic) and was snipping them with wire cutters flush with the radiator fins to be able to pull them out front side of grill. There's no other way to remove them. Somehow one of those zip ties had so much release stress that it blew a coolant channel and started purging out that channel in a stream like I shot it with a 22. After that I customized my Jeep to have a mechanical clutch fan from a huge 6.3L diesel from a Ford and got the Doorman plastic fan with crazy CFM flow rate on the clutch I found online that fit my water pump. Never been cooler, I have the clutch wrench and the clutch holder tool in case I ever need to replace it. My 02 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.7L V8 actually came with a crazy stupid cooling system. A $1000+ hydrolic fan that's piped to the power steering pump with a fan module under the passenger side headlight under a layer of plastic I had to cut a square out to get to the common problem of overheated fan module because it's trapped under plastic with no airflow. Clutch fan is more effective, simpler and now I run around 5° cooler than electric fans or hydrolic fan system.
Exact same thing happened to my charger while sitting in a drive through. Clearly Dodge should of recalled those crappy fans that break and destroy the radiator.
You should inform. Them better after the repair it will effect their.driving the customers know nothing what happened to the car so a peace of mind helps out a lot

My Kia Rio would dog that bucket and is going to outlive it
@@milky-ng9mk I would take a dodge/ chrysler product over any kia/hyundai car any day and dodge/chrysler are garbage to the bone but kia/hyundai smfh

Had an 08 Impala radiator fan assembly break apart exactly like this one did, but I got lucky with no punctures

Why was his car running while getting gas? Not good! Greater chance of fire. People! Shut your motor off when refueling. In most States it’s the law.

Chrysler recognized their mistake with the fitting but not their really bad oil cooler design on the 3.6l pentastar motors sadly.
Man I wish you were closer , I would have you work on all my stuff. Keep on pushing man keep up the good work.
Ur cheery hasn’t popped yet got me weak
Alright guys heres the deal lol
No it's alright here's the deal, so what's going on? He needs to put that on a t shirt

As much as you promote O'Reilly's they should be sponsoring you!
We've had alot of those fans on the 3.6 pentistar motors blow up like that. But i also work for a police agency so the idleing kills alot of things.

Dang. That sux. Something relatively cheap busting apart causing damage to a possibility much more expensive part.

Hey dude, how about you come to Colorado for a month then back to Oklahoma for a month? It would give you a chance of pace and scenery...lol
My man is leaking coolant from his car and leaking urine into his foley bag attached to his shorts. Bad luck comes in threes.
Is it a good time to replace that Tee with the brass one for him proactively?
How much is that part?

Poor quality fan but even sitting if you're running the AC those fans can ramp up to their max speed cause electric not belt driven so yeah it happens
