The sheer stupidity of police never ceases to amaze me.
It's worse than stupidity, it's criminality.
Well if you support this idiot, you are stupid. Am betting you wouldn’t like it if he was using a drone to film you. Hypocrites or what.
What amazes me is the zeal which they use to interfere in our lives.
They are all control freaks.
They are not acting as constables, but as policy office people.
And someone will be ringing them after a robbery or burglary, and 4 of them are harassing here.
It's not that they don't know the law's it's because Marty didn't bend to their will & said NO to them
@@derekmacaulay9251 Agreed, their ego is pumped up in the lodges, and they leave as gods, to tell the peasants what they can't do, and raise revenue for their grand paymasters.
The police should spend more time in the classroom and less time in the tattoo parlour
But not one of them had a tattoo 😂 probs not man enough for one
@@kelvinbarratt1316 No but plenty of Gang Badges on show.
and maybe get a haircut, scruffy looking gits.
They don’t have two grey cells to rub together. How do you think these school dropouts are going to do in a classroom?
Well, if they spent any time in the classroom, they wouldn't be working for the legalized criminal gang that hires the most useless, uneducated, unskilled and unbalanced labour. They would be working jobs that require education, knowledge, skills, talent and mental balance, like McDonnald's (but even they reject applications from people like the ones in the video).
Poorly trained officers… again !
It’s not the training; it’s the attitude.
@@FirstNameLastName-ev3jk Since 2020, they have been taught that we are the enemy.
Again... It's the ego that's the problem.
Exactly and so they did nothing wrong, they are poorly trained and/or mis informed. It would be like training you to lay bricks wrong or inadequate amount for you to lay well but unknown to you, as far as you are aware I have told you everything and correctly. When you lay a crap wall and cannot do certain things, blaming you for it. That is poor training and not your fault, no?
@@Pobsta-de7hb Yes, if I robbed someone but had not been trained not to, I'd be innocent too, right?
Police once again more interested in protecting protesters rather than protecting rights. Great post brother.
Khan who else
this is fascism!
test
Can't see how this would have done either. All they could ever have done by getting involved was harm themselves and colleagues by further lowering their reputation
@@edwardhannahsamuel730 Isn't this Leeds or some where up t'North so by Kahn do you mean OZ Kahn not Sadiq Kahn.
People calling for jihad just up the road, but these clowns decide a drone has priority. Muppetry.
Exactly
Just cowardice!
A Veteran.
Tattoos for intimidation
Police with Muslim stile beards yuk,, and thick who trains them?
Totally uneducatable
Drone has priority over pedestrians trying to cross and especially over people who are legally blind? Do you know what the blister paving is installed for?
I will give you a clue it was not for launching drones.
All for freedom unless it is those protesting for an end to civilian deaths in a far away place and then they are all labelled as jihadists in your tiny mind?
Are you all for ban the right to protest but pro the right to fly a drone?
If they brought in laws ending private drone ownership and filming in public would you join a protest march against them?
Careful what you ignorantly spout and wish for because it may come back to bite you on your arse.
Give your head a prolonged and vigorous wobble.
The fact that they lie from the off makes you wonder how many victims of perjury they're responsible for.
They are terrified that their actions may be caught in camera
That's EXACTLY what it is
Are you going to be at the march on the 1st June? We need as many citizen journalists there as possible to record the actions of the corrupt MET police!
Only losers go to marches
Ask all football supporters to go down the cops won't be able to deal with them
I will be
Especially someone the knows his rights and the law and stands their ground.
He's no use... He's just a big mouth little p rick
These coppers are sent out to enforce the law, and yet they don’t know the law. Would you send a plumber or electrician onto a job knowing only a bit about plumbing or electrics. It’s absurd. Well done marti for exposing them again.
Brilliant ! 👏
They're not sent out to enforce the law, they're sent out to enforce an agenda.
Not many police no the law these days but yet there claim to
@@Kevster-dp7tt 👍never a truer word spoken !

Who is giving orders to the police to protect Hamas supporters !?!
A true fascist zionist calls them Hamas supporters when they are protesting genocide and war crimes. Wise up.
Diversity discimination training.
If in London then labour paki boy khan
Great question that needs an answer
Just because someone supports Palestine doesn't mean they're automatically supporting Hamas you melt!!
It's almost ignorance is an excuse for the police. And we shouldn't have keep paying for inept crown servants. They need to be made personally accountable for there errors. Please keep up the great work reporting and letting us know how to deal with the police.
Shocking
No the crown must pay, if they hire monkeys they get monkeys.
If they hire professionals they would get professionals.
I dont get to hire monkeys then say the monkeys should pay for acting like monekys. The crown is the cause of who they hire.
UA-cam: read carefully the "if they"
*Their errors. Yes, it DOES matter.

Comment: Typical cops making it up as they go along.
" We're looking into whether there has been a crime committed!" Er, well when you establish that there has or you have reasonable suspicion of a crime and can articulate it come back and see me!
But, the worst thing is the threat of use of the public order ACT and they never get that right!
For harassment to be committed, there must be a 'course of conduct' i.e. two or more related occurrences.
End of story!
As always, Police causing needless problems.
"We're here to prevent a breach of the peace".
Ironically said while the cops are making a breach of the peace. 😮
And they wonder why we hate them !
Hate? Thats not even close . Just a shame the public didn't have more balls cos we could easily force them to quit out of fear. But the public don't.
Indeed, they just keep earning the hate.
defo need to make a claim for the scumbags seizing the drone from you as well as them unlawfully seizing your identity ( flyer ID ) on their stupid video camera
They were wrong at that point, but under the latest legislation ANO 2022 amendment, once in flight police can order you to land the drone and check CAA compliance.
You knob
West Yorkshire Police are an absolute embarrassment. They all need sacking
Where on earth have they found these coppers from, it's like they've gone out of there way to employ the dregs
All these police officers were on their way to Coventry but got lost and ended up in LEEDS.
Chimps Tea Party
"Ignorance of the Law is no Excuse"....unless you're Police.....🤷
Can't believe they just stole the drone with no legislation, didn't even try to make anything up
I was 12 years in Afgan & Iraq.NEVER SHOW DISRESPECT 2 YOUR UNIFORM=Police just lost Respect in 25sek with Uniform 😡🙈
Sec 26 criminal justice and courts act
S26 applies to laws the police should know. Drone law is likely to be considered uncommon enough for them not to know it.
It's unlikely to be worth pursuing. It would be better to start with an agreement or even writ to compel drone law training in crowd enforcement training.
Then at least in the crowd situation you can argue that they should know the law.
Officer gets your Operator ID on the evidence gatherer's camera. A sly, if not illegal, move!
I just seen that as well, he can ask for the video footage of that to be deleted
His operator id is probably partially covered.
Sly certainly, but not illegal in itself. The police officer who seized it in the first place though, I don't know if he had the power to do that though.
@@NickLea The officer clearly says 'It has not been seized.'
@@Leigh_.5D what would you call it?
If I was a canny lad and I flew a drone, I would probably put my flyer ID inside the battery enclosure and then put a bogus number on the outside just for smug nosey coppers to record.
Question.... I've read the regulations regarding marking a drone with an operator ID...
visible from the outside, or within a compartment that can easily be accessed without using a tool. clear and in block capitals taller than 3mm.
All that I understand. My question is... is there anything prohibiting the markings being in Chinese? There doesn't appear to be a rule or regulation around language for the markings. Or encompassing the actual ID number within a larger number. You know, for security sake.
Asking for a friend...
Marti you could never be a copper . You’re far too well educated!😂
If you want to be left alone get a hi vizz yellow jacket with a company name on it. They will think twice.
Notice when he grabbed it, they recorded your number before handing it back to identify you, or atleast your drone
The people of Leeds are sick of these protest along with shop owners and the police and government turn a blind eye to it, should police really be stood arguing while all the loosers are carrying on in the background.
I agree (it’s losers btw not loosers)
The police constable picked up the drone so that his mate could take a picture of the Operator ID, which he did and even though they know you they now can obtain all the details they wish. I see they are wearing The Gang Badge. They call it a charitable organisation but in that case why have they not submitted the financial statements as required by the Charity Commission.
First thing I noticed, doxing your OP I.D, Well out of order and no authority to do so.
The amateurs employed in policing knows no bounds. Their arrogance is astonishing when dealing with the public.
Great interaction Marti 👍👍
Again and again the Police seem to think they know the law re 249 drones, when oh when will every force train every officer, would save themselves from embarrassment and compensation.
It's about time the police deal with these hate marches and stop pandering to terrorist supporters
the police are a terrorist group. a gang of criminals. but if you want to live in a facistic police state, then that's what you'll get
They are doing nothing illegal. Deal with them how?
@@SPAMDAGGER22rubber Bullets
@@markhughes9092 You come across as a moron.

Nasty gang badges on those muppets.
He 100% seized your drone, filmed all of the data on it and withheld it from you. You had the right to privacy AND the right to private property, unless they legitimately suspected you of committing an offence.
now he filmed the drone he has your data and now you can request a copy of it! so FOIA the intel camera footage!!!!
I dunno about evidence gatherers, more like evidence fabricators.
They also filmed your flyers ID, without any authority. Illegal search and seizure of your property.
They photographed your drone id number.
Sneaky snakes
Marti’s Back and an another Lesson was taught.
They made sure they got the operator ID off it,so they got his details.
Both are guilty of Malfeasance while in public office and lying under oath which is a criminal and sackable offence both need to be suspended and investigated and action taken against them resulting in instant dismissal from the force.
Typical of coppers today, half of them scruffy unshave bastards, the rest of them tattooed dickheads !
Absolute bellends, How can they enforce laws that they don't know .
1st thing i noticed is him filming your flyer id.
Definitely out of order those police were awful.
Well done standing up for yours and our rights Marti
they never learn and the nerve to just pick it up like it belongs to him what a muppet!!
Power to the People. Marti, you really are the modern day Wolfie Smith. Thank you so Much for Educating these absolute Ignorant Imbeciles.. Continue the Fight with the weight of the people behind you.
Sub 250 drone doesn’t have restrictions as in distance from building/ people. You do have to fly safely. No problem with that rule. The police crowding the pilot seemed the issue.
He illegally took your id. He filmed the details on your drone. I thought you would have noticed that. He could just chase your registration to you.
Real number is inside the battery tray, bogus number on the outside. Which is perfectly legal bizarrely
@@Jessicacaca00 I have been watching too much USA then. Thanks for the education.
They've drawn their line.
They should be on the Muppet show lol😂😂
We all must ensure we hold each and every police officer to account when they break the law and taliking BS!!
Its only a small crowd of people ..as long as you don't fly over them its fine marti 😉
Should be made to pay claims out of their own pocket and then they might make sure they're a bit more clued up but that would require intelligence so it will never happen.
Marti has gone from someone I can’t stand to one of my favorite content creators.
Marti you are legend and sorry for previous comments in years gone by.
The police are such plonkers.
They didn't want you to show people drone footage, it shows that there were like 2 ppl and a barking hamster protesting!
The police need bringing back down a peg. If the public stood up more to them and claimed plus broadcasted every interaction we would see them change their tone.
249g drone
If you're flying a drone or model aircraft that's lighter than 250g, you can fly closer to people than 50m and you can fly over them, but you must not fly over crowds.
I don't know if you noticed this, but one of the coppers recorded your flyers ID then. That's a breach of GDPR as he was not entitled to that data.
Make sure you put a complaint in.
The sad thing is, these alleged police officers are getting paid a fortune. Can you imagine taking the car into a mechanic, and then not knowing how to change a tyre, calling out a plumber and he can't turn the water off, or a pilot who does not know how to land a plane? Yet we have idiots in clowns costume who don't know the law they are employed to know and use it when someone breaks the law. They should have to take refresher courses every year, and if they fail or are too heavy and unfit they should be sacked. There is an obesity problem in the police as well. Although today's video they were just stupid.
Having grounds for holding a suspicion of a criminal offense is not the same as having Grounds for holding a Reasonable Suspicion.
We should all get drones and record what are they going to do about it
WOW I am so impressed by your knowlage of the law and standing up for your rights.
You want to caution them under section 10.1 PACE "you dont have to say anything, it may harm your defence if you do not mention anything now that you later rely on in court, anything you do say can and will be used against you in a court of law" add "you are not under arrest at this point" after. This generally stops them dead in their tracks as they become very wary of anyone cautioning them. Be prepared for the look of disbelief on their faces when you do it followed by "whoa whoa whoa" from them which tells you everything.
Going by the 10m spaced white line delineations, you were over 160m from the Protest edge.
They clearly have your details, by now, as the copper who stole the drone, held it while the other one filmed your operator's number.
Five uniforms, and not a single policeman between them!
Was that legal when they filmed your drone registration number?
when one of the constables was holding your drone the other was recording you user id that is classed as unlawful search and seizure of id
Breach of the peace my arse
Well done .!! 👌
Brilliant work!!
Keeping the cwnts honest💋🇬🇧
More likely to cause a breach of the peace. Hahaha
Yep say's it all about two tier system
He doesn't care who you are, clearly just another member of the public he's harrasing
Exactly WHAT THE HELL have the police to do with operations covered by the CAA?
I'm pretty sure you don't have to be 150m away from a crowd when you fly a sub 250g drone, its just not allowed to fly directly over them.
those cops, how uneducated about drone law under 249 grams ,,, a shame
There WASacriminal offence occurring...and as usual it's by the costumed clowns
Fly it back with. Few cigars for the Bill , haha
Why don’t the police know the laws
As a lawyer, there is one sentence I have never said, "I know the law." or "I know the law better than you."
Can't ask for respect....earn it.Police have let British down big style. No respect to be given. Always respected them but since all this nah. 💔 disloyal.
You see, the cop camera guy takes pics of your number, while the other had stolen it, that's against your rights straight off
You’re lucky the old bill never got his measuring stick out, that was never 150 metres..!
Well done for sticking to your guns.
Absolutely hysterical 😂”there could be a crime being committed “ 😂😂😂😂have they considered looking behind them?
I bet your user ID on the drone was recorded!
Of course he can fly it. They need to learn the law, not enforce their feelings
If i was so ignorant of and bad at my job i would be fired. These clowns seem to get promoted for failure.
Awesome video. This is what auditing is
The first two who approached you had gang badges on I thought they were stopped wearing them
5 plonker officers it took to tell you what you already knew…
The absolute state of it.
Noticed they videod your flier ID, not sure if they can do that
Im a 100% a law abiding citizen x Up until a couple of years ago and through auditors I know my rights x
Sue them in thier personal capacity they sharp stop being a bunch of tyrants then!
Coppers should know the law
Rice v. Connolly (1966) is an English legal precedent holding that there is no strict, general legal duty to assist a police officer prior to any possible arrest or caution, with even basic police enquiries nor to accompany the officer to a requested location.
Cops must be held responsible for their actions. We now live a police state
