I have 2 question 1. Can we do this daily after 30-45 min of weight training for 15minutes? 2. Also if I am only doing HIIT workout in morning. Should this require any pre-workout meal?

Good job completing the workout! It is important to let your body and muscles rest and recover. Approx 2 rest days a week.
