how many calories you eat and at what time you sleep and how much water you drink?
Hey, if you do a hit workout min 5 days a week and just eat a little less and aim for 6-7 hours sleep a night you will loose loads of weight and get quite toned. Im 44 and its worked great for me and I still drink alcohol and eat deserts, just not as much as I used to. Olivers routines are some of the beat too. You MUST be consistent to see results. Don’t feel bad if you just manage 3 or 4 workouts in a week but some weeks do 7 to counteract the days when you don’t get a chance. I also do a couple of days a week doing bench, pull / chin ups and dips to maintain muscle mass and I use my exercise bike once in while for a change too. Good luck but it’s pretty easy.

Though this sessionis a combination of duable exercises, quite properly arranged but it will burn only 220 to 250 calories if you are not taking extra break, this set of exercises will not burn 500 calories in 25 min as it claims
You also have to count the afterburner

If you're counting you're movement through a bs fibit that's also not accurate. You want to go by your heart rate and weight that'll give you a better estimate than some BS fitbit saying you burned 150 calories with HIIT exercises
I burnt 550 it depends on the person 500 is just a baseline so don't say I will not burn 500 say it might not

hey Oliver the workout was ultimate but my Apple Watch workout of this session burned just 323 total calories so what should I take home 500 according to you orals 323 is accurate
After your workout your metabolism is boosted for 30-50 minutes or even longer depending on if you did it intensely or in the same pace he did
