That was great. It was short, but very effective and some new moves in there, which was nice. I burned 156 calories as a 5'6" and 135 pound male according to my Suunto Peak 9.
175cm for 66kg and I burned 168kcal (I had some difficulties to a few exercises tho). Not bad, cuz its a hiit we should continue to burn calories for the next few hours
Great workout. Did not burn off 300 calories for me but I knew it wouldn't in 15 minutes as I know my body. Loved that it wasn't too crazy over the top as I was doing it post weight lifting and was already tired.

It’s because it’s a HITT workout. You burn quite few cals through the actual thing, it’s afterwards where you burn the most cals in recovery. Hope this helped 😊
