I'm drinking 4-5 litres of milk a day, with fruit and eggs and I'm getting no acne.
Truthfully it's almost impossible to get good quality chicken or eggs because of modern farming conditions but it's actually quite easy to find a farmer with grass fed cows.
I'm really good with lactose and can digest it really well almost like water, way better than raw meat. These days I just have liver a few times a week( cooked rare), with raw milk, fruit, honey, pollen and royal jelly.

Water is the best thing to drink but you need to add sea salt because water without the sea salt or minerals can not hydrate you. I do agree with a lot this guy says but the fact he thinks swine is food tells me he himself is a sІаvе. That is NOT food and Gоd even forbid us to eat it for health reasons. Secondly his claim working out is not good is ridiculous. According to him I guess you should never work just sit around all day and never push yourself. I'm not sure why he says weights as man made metal is a problem? He's on a man made computer wasting countless hours of his life to a plastic screen? There are countless people who workout daily and are in their 90s. Besides all this life is temporary. If you leave this life when you're 30 or 90 what difference does it make? Once it's over it's over. Does this guy think he'll live forever? Also drinking bІооd is forbidden by Gоd who made us whyte people so don't tell me it's good for you. I guess he believe we came from cave men but he can't comprehend our true orgins 😅
