Theres a tribe in India "Sioux" and their initiation to manhood was basically that all young men of the tribe were to undergo the tribulation of being pierced and hung through the chest area and suspended for a prolonged period until they attained a visionary state of consciousness. Odin, the northern lord of war, poetry, magic and holy rage was said to have received the runes during an agonizing rite of self sacrifice. Does anyone ever tell these guys the lifespan of people who do these kind of workouts? WWF/WWE and other Wrestlers and body builders die young. Most of the popular wrestlers like macho man, ultimate warrior the list is long, are dead
You have to also equate the Diet and drug use that comes along with it. I’m sure all of those guys had untreated hypertension for years. I as a former “bodybuilder” would never return to that lifestyle it’s so unhealthy.
The truth of the matter is that the individual ‘I Am’ and its fear of death does not want to come to an end. When it comes to exercise I agree that lifting and running is incredibly stupid. However I think walking, swimming, pushups and maybe occasionally climbing is pretty ok and maybe even somewhat beneficial, especially since those things can actually be rather fun to do. Look at kids for example, while they don't like to exert themselves too much they still enjoy being somewhat physically active, especially boys.
Hey I look at it like this to each it's own whatever makes you feel good. I can only speculate that they are so determined to "lift hard and heavy" that they sacrifice full ROM to do it.
shows that you dont know anything about lifting. They use the range of motion of the exercise, where the muscle is at his weakest point and its the hardest part, that means that the muscle needs to recruit maximul motor units to perform the reps. Like in a push up, the hardest part is at the bottom/middle , the part where you start/finish is the easiest because the way your joints are stacked you are alot stronger there than the bottom part. But that means less muscle recruited and more joint assistance. Doing push ups only from bottom to slightly past mid range gives the best chest building effect .

shows that you dont know anything about lifting.
Boy wait when he sees the old Ronnie Coleman video where he wakes up with all these pills and eats the same food all day everyday in prep of Mr Olympia

Mike O'Hearn couldn't read or write when he was growing up... not that reading or writing is really necessary for any human being in nature, but he found himself getting left behind. I guess that's why he got into bodybuilding. His body was naturally stronger than most.
That explains it.
He found success through his looks, though masculine. He chose to accentuate it through muscle building.
I think Natural low intenisity workout like 45 minutes or 1 hour 3 times a week its normale but this Is another level this Is hillnes
3 times a week is way too much. Hit a full body workout really hard, and then take a month off. You will not only feel much better, but you will actually grow even more, since you actually allowed your body time to heal.

Well they're extreme because they take steroids and eat 24hours a day being 8n c8nstznt protien synthesis, to be fair its different than a natural weightlifter, which I was and I loved the pump, especially up til my early 30s. Dah! The Latvian Liver King, you are fucking hilarious bro 😂😂😂 i cant breathe over here!!! 😂😂
Arnold just had to have a pacemaker installed after already having several heart procedures, I think most people could assume what necessitated that.
Arnold was born with a bicuspid aortic valve. Most people who are born with that have to get it replaced in the middle of their life, and it doesn't matter much if you worked out or not. Although im sure arnold's smoking habits and steroid use contributed to damaging it a bit more.
Sounds like the type of story a well connected roid head who is pushed by the Illuminati could have floated out there to "explain" his heart problems to normies. Keep in mind the average normie has no idea about steroids. @@paulmr6667
You can be very lazy and get through life, but too lazy makes you weak, so what is enough movement to get the best out of life?
I love working Out but what's too much is too much
yea too much of anything is bad, even water will kill you if you drink too much of it. Ill be 48 and got a punching bag and i punch and jog 2 or 3 times a week, punch for an hour and jog like 1 or 2 miles and my health is good, blood pressure perfect. I looked up Michael O'Hearn, cause I never heard of him, damn... That guy could have been a very famous actor with his great genetics and he's 191cm tall too, perfect. Yet he wasted his time doing body building instead, probably some childhood trauma, what a waste. All in all he still looks healthier than the wreck of a man shown in this video, so I guess he at least got some professionals taking care of him and his drug use.
lol what a waste, says the small incel anime fan ... maybe the man decided for himself that workin out gives him more pleasure and enjoyment in life , that chasing fame and money in the hollywood.
I never liked to lift weights - i used to try it and its boring and stupid. Especially if you dont need that kind of strength. This is just addiction to pain. They dont need that kind of power. The most absurd thing these people say to brag about is they call normal people who dont do it "LAZY". They dont comprehend that there are people who can live without forcing themselves into this lunacy of suffering.
we are actually addicted to the feeling after the workout. Your brain releases alot of dopamine. Also addcited to seeing results and busting through plateau.
Absolutely 💯 correct!

@@user-ol7ur5po3kI persoanlly don't agree with height as a standalone thing, like it can make someone more intimidating who already is. But a lanky guy with prey eyes isnt intimidating. I would not let my kids going to the gym. Btw, is it normal for a toddler to not had a tantrum?
If your toddler doesn't have tantrums you either have an extremely placid and agreeable natured child or else you may have scared the child with your anger so much that they don't dare oppose you. The first is OK the second, you got a big problem.

Bodybuilding is obviously terrible, but you also don't have to go to the other extreme like this guy.
Having a good amount of muscle on your body is the best way to stay young in a biological sense.
It's true that you have a completely useless body if you are super bulky! You can run like 30 seconds and then you gas out.
What is better? Being overweight/chubby or doing a little bit of workouts to maintain weight from overeating. (I know neither is good, im just asking which is a better option)
Being overweight would be the healthier option.
If you eat naturally in the first place, you would never be chubby or overweight... hence no reason to go to the gym.
@@greatplay7971 I'm giving a hypothetical situation ninkompoop
@@austin_lee_frederick4293 As a man I'm on the fence, because being overweight has very many downsides, but maintaining weight with with a little bit of exercise does not sound that bad... I mean sure one might age a little faster from working out, but at least it comes without the burden of being a chubby/ scrawny slob. Being overweight is very depressing and unhealthy in my opinion, it is no way to live.
@@Jared-wi1bf Yeah that's true and your question is a good one. Even if it's just light exercise or just straight up walking along with a healthy diet, I think that would be totally fine. If you Grew up on Raw Meat & Milk from Birth, you wouldn’t have to work out at all to be very Tall, handsome, and athletic.
And if you did wanna build some extra muscle, you could do so very easily with a tiny fraction of the effort and time on Raw Meat.
If your father is 5'8 and mother even shorter your chances of being tall even with the perfect diet are very slim

But that doesn’t mean that the persons Child would be the same way. If that Kid is raised on Good raw Food. That Kid can Grow Much taller, stronger & healthier overall.
If you are a 5'8 male and your wife is at least 5'4 you can EASILY get a male OR female child to over 6' tall if you feed them the proper nutrition throughout their adolescence.
