Did u fix it?... I had the same problem. This didn't work for me.. we had to press the head button up and the foot button down at the same time and keep the rest of what he said the same.. then it finally worked...I hope this works.

The other UA-cam videos I watched had me holding the head down & foot up button. I came across your video today and figured "why not?" I am so glad I did watch and try it. Saved my day lol I barely use mine and wouldn’t work.. only a year old!!! Did this and it worked thanks sooooo much. They said mine wasn’t covered by warranty…. Mattress firm said to put in a ticket but it’s not covered so nothing could be done. Thought I was f-ed
I had the same issue. There is a pairing button on the power cord a few feet from where it plugs into the wall. Following the same instructions in this video, press the Pairing button( oval shaped, size of eyesocket) Instructions: Press and hold headlift and footlift simultaneously, then press and hold the Pairing button for 3 seconds until you hear a 2 beep sound, the remote is then paired. In this video you can see the Pairing button near the top of the bed frame.
The button is on the side of a black sort of junction box with wires going in. On mine, I needed to hold head down and feet up, THEN press button under bed and it beeped and started working
What should I do if that doesn't work I unplugged it before 10 minutes to make sure all the static was gone and this is the exact same remote and I know when I've rebooted it before it didn't it only did that little do doot sound once. So I had it plugged into a power bar I was told not to but it kind of interfered when it went up and down with the wall plug but I wouldn't put it back in there and tried your technique and it still did not work now what?
That didnt work for me .there is another way witch is press foot down and head up at tge same time and press and realese the reset botton if the 1 they say dont work try my way thanks

How do I get under the bed if it won’t go up?
